Avoid the Garden City crowds; this home is close enough to enjoy the lake and scenery without nearby neighbors! The BEST vacation rental for a large family or multi-family group! Located in the Reserve which means private beach access, swimming, and tennis/pickleball courts! Plenty of open space and lake view directly from the living room!

The Reserve
Located just minutes away from the beach, and included in your reservation is private beach access! This home is conveniently located right across the street from the clubhouse! At the clubhouse is a kid-friendly pool, communal hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Overnight boat and trailer parking available at the entrance of the gated subdivision.

Main Level
Guests can make meals, watch movies, play games, and relax together in the main level gathering area. Spacious living room with large windows to enjoy the lake view, right from the leather sectional! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need to prepare and serve meals for your group, including a pantry. There is an 65-inch television to enjoy above the cozy fireplace. The deck offers more seating and scenery with it's lake view, picnic table and BBQ grill. The fully-functioning laundry room/mud room is also on this level. There is plenty of space and seating to gather and play card games, board games, or any type of games your family enjoys playing!

The master suite offers privacy, plenty of light, with skylights in the room, stunning views, and ample space for a comfortable stay. There is a separate bathtub and walk-in shower included in the en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs
Up the spiral staircase is a private loft that is packed with fun and entertainment! Challenge your group to a game of foosball or ping pong, or kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV (40"). For an extra touch of excitement, don’t miss the built-in slide—perfect for kids and fun-loving adults alike! The loft also has three double bed bunks with a double bed under the bunks. Don't forget a full bathroom with a tub and shower!

Downstairs
The spacious basement offers both comfort and convenience, featuring two full bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a 55" TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure.

The basement boasts four well-appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: King bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin bunk bed, and two pull-out single mattresses (under the bunk and another under the queen).

With plenty of space and thoughtful amenities, this basement is perfect for large groups looking to stay in comfort!

The Property
A beautiful yard with a firepit is the perfect place to spend the evening after a day exploring all the area has to offer. There is some grassy area for playing yard games.

Guests have full access to the two-car garage.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.

The property was nice. We had a fun family reunion there. I would say it’s a little crowded for 32 people. We felt just a little cramped, but it worked out. The kitchen/great room area are nice. The deck/balcony area is great with a beautiful view of the lake. The pool is right across the street and very nice-the kids had a great time there. Pickle ball courts also close, which was nice. Communication during our stay was good. We did have some issues, that were resolved, but communication after our stay about restitution for those issues was not good. The sheets for all of the trundles were not in the bunk room and after searching all over, we found them in a storage room downstairs in a garbage bag. They didn’t seem to be clean, so I washed them and the dryer took forever because the vent didn’t have good airflow. I also washed some towels found in a separate garbage bag since there weren’t very many in the downstairs bathrooms. We also needed some more blankets and found some in that same storage closet, but sitting right up next to fiberglass insulation. Thankfully, those sleepers didn’t report an itchy, scratchy night. I did mention to the managers that blankets should not be kept up against fiberglass, so hopefully they fixed that. Unfortunately, we had another issue with the fire alarms going off all night one of the nights-like 7 times, very loud, throughout the entire house. With 32 people ranging from 6 weeks old to 82, and none of us getting a good nights sleep that

It is a beautiful house and has a gorgeous view of Bear Lake. Very disappointing rental.1. Listing is for 32 people. Yet, there was only 11 cereal bowls & 5 spoons for cereal.2. Towels (and paper towels) were missing from the kitchen & most bathrooms. We were able to find them in a basement storage room. 3. Only two of the TVs had remotes--but we needed new batteries to get them to work. The manager did have someone bring us batteries. The TV in the children's area was missing the remote and didn't work. 4. The check-in notebook lacked information as to where the key fobs were for the pool and beach gate. It took us several hours to finally find it on the back of the laundry room door. 5. No hair dryer in the house. The manager was responsive & had two new hair dryers sent the next day.6. One of the bedrooms in the basement was missing blinds which is a privacy issue.7. AC was set at 79 & it was controlled by the owner. Manager did get this set to a more comfortable temperature. The best thing about this rental was the access to "The Reserve" private beach. Amazing.The manager was nice and responsive and did try to reply and resolve all our issues.

We loved our stay here! Was a work retreat and everyone thought it was the perfect place to stay! The clubhouse was even nicer than we expected, was great to go over and use the hot tub to warm up after a storm rolled in while we were on the beach. Our absolute favorite part about the stay was the private beach access!! It was amazing! And close by!the views from the house were stunning! Only things we wish were different was if there were some blinds on windows to help keep it darker when sleeping in and it would have been nicer to have some rugs in the bathrooms by the sinks and showers. Ended up having to put towels down and we had a lot of people so we needed the towels but we made it work.

We had lots of fun. Loved all the seating in the kitchen. We would have liked the kitchen and bathrooms to have had more of the everyday items we needed. The house and area around are beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!! Our family of 27, 10 adults and 17 grandkids, ages 0-18, stayed for a few days and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the upstairs bunk bed room with the slide. The views were amazing!! We brought everything we needed for cooking. There was a grill on the balcony, but we didn’t use it. The kitchen and dining area had lots of spaceThe pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts were just across the road. They were amazing! We spent several days there. We spent a whole day at the beach. It’s a small access area, but we found enough space for our family and had a wonderful day!! We also found a few golf courses close by. The hosts were great to work with and communication was fast. Our family had a blast and we would love to stay at this home again.

Awesome Stay

The place was awesome and was as advertised. Plenty of space for our family. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids. Super close to the pool, sport courts and clubhouse. Super easy communication with the host. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely home in beautiful section of the country

We spent the week of July 4th, Saturday to Saturday, in this lovely home that had everything we needed. There were five of us. The location is great with plenty of amenities. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We recommend this home and if we ever get back to Fish Haven would love to stay there again.
From the deck. We could not finds any of the pots of gold. Not that we really tried but hey. The home is in a great location.
