“The property was well maintained and clean. Microwave and fridge in the room with counter was clean and with utensils. No odor. Carpet clean. One area for improvement is the breakfast. It is continental and the choices were few, and cooking method was too basic. Also, quite small outdoor pool area. Otherwise nice property, pleasant and helpful staff, and I would book again.”

“Expedia should harder in helping their customers once they a terrible hotel to their website based off the photos that on the website, making the hotel look better than it actually was an inconvenience in their customers they should work hard on helping, and making sure their customers are happy. The hotel was a old hotel, dirty towels, dirty tub old sheets. Breakfast was not good.”

“We had a large room and a great breakfast! Our only complaints were an air conditioner where the thermostat was difficult to regulate and a broken window shade which allowed light to come in from the hotels parking lot.”

“Everything was PERFECT! My friends and I were in town for the Hilary Duff concert. When we came back after a long night; our room had amazing beds for us to sleep and recover. The food and the saltwater pool were also very good for our recovery. The only minor setback we had was the damage to the TV. We were not in the room long enough to notice it right away but there was a huge scratch on the TV that had looked to have been caused by the lamp that was sitting on the desk in front of it. We...

“You have to pay for parking!! What airport hotel does that? There is no complimentary breakfast so between parking and breakfast add another $50 per day to the cost of staying here.”

“The hotel is great but the ice machine in front of our room was beeping for hours during the night waking us up early on our vacation. I had to get up, get dressed to figure out where the sound was coming from and tell the front desk. The most important thing at a hotel should be a good night sleep. Just very disappointing.”

“My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids.
