“Only one elevator working. Had to wait a long time for the one remaining. The poor lady on front desk had to check people in, make cocktails, answer the phones… too much for one person . Breakfast… no potatoes or french toast sticks. No English breakfast tea.no forks. Not enough staff ”

“This was a one and done for us. The property has a great location but the rooms need some serious improvements. The bathroom had mold and the tub needs to be seriously scrubbed. The carpet in the room was so dark I couldn’t tell if it was meant to be that way. The property has potential but it needs to be maintained better.”

“Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...
