From the time I walked in, everyone was kind and willing to help. There was a small issue with my room but Alecia in housekeeping fixed it right away and more than made up for any inconvenience I had as result. “It is located directly across the street from the public transit center and the downtown stop for the DAX bus from the airport. If you use public transit exclusively (as I do) it is the ideal location to be at.
