Sapevamo che c’erano dei lavori in corso, ma quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto candidamente che l’ascensore non funzionava e nessuno si è offerto di portarci le valigie o di aiutarci e abbiamo dovuto portare da soli le valigie per quattro piani di scale percorrendo le scale di emergenza, dove c’erano gli operai che stavano pitturando le scale. “Perfect location for Philly Love run! Next to the ‘Rocky stairs’ & close to Whole Foods. Clean room, view of intersection and park across the way. Comfortable bed. Great little kitchen area with coffee, kettle & French press. Robe & slippers were a nice touch. ”

“The smell of the lobby as I walked in was enough to turn me off. My first thought was I made a mistake in booking here, therefore making me skeptical of the room. I was so upset that it was the only place I could find at last minute as having a room. The customer service from the front desk personnel was off. Luckily enough the room was not bad I just slept for a few hours as I felt uncomfortable being there. This does not have the capacity of being a 4-5 star. ”
