“Our room was not that clean, the entry tile floor into our room was so covered in something it was incredibly oily and slippery- my child fell twice. The curtain didn’t open- it was permanently broken down. The door had a 2” gap on the bottom and you could see into hallway, didn’t feel comfortable so we put a towel down. Someone did loud and big fireworks so late a night in the parking lot. An employee at the front desk had a dog that was barking at guests coming and leaving with breakfast. For...
