Room was neat and clean. Grounds are in horrible shape. I have a small dog and grass has not been cut yet this year. Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway.
