“We went on Easter weekend. The breakfast staff were so kind to the kids and adults. They had little Easter eggs. They were so amazing and so thoughtful you could tell that they were excited to come to work. What more could you ask for? We have been here many times, and we look forward to returning”

“When i get there they give me two queen bed room but i had a booking of one king bed, and when i see the room and go back and told them that was not correct room, the guy goes that what you choice, and then he goes oh any ways we dont have any king beds, and when i shoed my booking and details he goes i have to charge you more, but i already paid for room through app and they was rude and calling me liar so im no gonna stay there ever again”

“Single level lodging. Room was updated and super clean, although the heater was noisy and no soap dish needed n the shower. I was going to share about the heater the next morning, but no attendant on duty. We were greeted by a friendly gal when we arrived. Comfortable bed! Well located on and off the highway. Quiet at night. Again, really clean. Breakfast is limited but coffee was great! We’d definitely stay here again”

“Esperienza negativa, abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per un determinato giorno da casa(in Italia) una volta che siamo arrivati in America per svariati motivi abbiamo fatto ritardo e siamo arrivati in struttura un giorno dopo. Abbiamo spiegato la situazione alla signora della reception e lei ci ha detto che loro non potevano darci la stanza che avevamo prenotato il giorno prima senza farci pagare niente. “Struttura comoda sulla strada per il Bryce Canyon. Accoglienza cortese, camera ampia e molto pulita, letti comodi. Molto graditi la caffettiera (americana, ovviamente), il frigorifero, il forno a microonde e le bottigliette d’acqua. Da raccomandare. ”

“Good thing we got there really late and were really tired. TV didn’t work. Thermostat didn’t work. Shower was stuck half way between bath and shower, so there wasn’t enough flow for either. There was a 1/4” gap around the door, so by morning the temp in our room was pretty close to the temp outdoors. Shoulda sucked it up and drove another 40 minutes to Beaver.”
