Hotel a Fithian

“Parking felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway carpeting on the way to our room was quite stained in a few places which made me nervous about the potential condition of our room. My fears were unfounded as the room, while dated, was very clean. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were on a tight schedule and couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast. ”

“The shower curtain had mold on it The couch was from the 90s and needs to be replaced The room smelled bad There were no blankets on the bed only thin sheets The front desk attendant was very nice ”

“The room was great and so was the staff, only issue I had was there was no access to the WiFi. ”

“Bathroom sink water pressure, barely more than a trickle. View from window was looking at the roof of the lower floor. Television weird orientation, sticking out in the main pathway from the entry to either the bathroom or the bed and I kept bumping into it. Could hear every squeaky step taken in the room above.”

“Now the property needs to be remodeled. the blankets have barn holes in them. The sheets and towels are stained. No blow dryer. property workers were very friendly, but I had to rate this at a 0 or less. The toilet rocked as you sit on it. Not fastened to the floor. ”

“Very clean and well maintained. Full breakfast was great.”

“Clean room with comfortable bed. Plenty of desk space. Heater worked well. I booked the suite which could of used a coffee maker but had a full size refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. No breakfast but wasn't really expected for the price”

“This is a lovely bnb, with an equally lovely property manager. The bnb is situated a short walk from many area restaurants and the train station. Thank you for a comfortable stay in Champaign.”

“excellent ( breakfast) morning staff Ms. Erika the hostess/waitress, outstanding employee skills in every area of working duties. Some of the fruit looked over ripe and old, perhaps you can improve your level of acceptable fruit quality and discretion but this must come from the top down. Consider adding blueberry and corn muffins baked in house for your signature breakfast items. ”
