“Room is small with no phone, No pool on property. service is bad. I needed towels, which i asked for a number of times, It was left on a chair outside my door later in the day. When i left on my last day i forgot my power plug for my computer and I called the office and was told no one is around and they can't go in the room. I asked office manager to knock on the door, and she said it was not there.”

“There was a housekeeper but she didn’t clean out room during our stay. I went to the front to ask for towels and the lady at the front said she’d text the housekeeper but we didn’t get our towels. The day before else left (6 day stay) we finally tracked down the housekeeper for towels. When you look into the laundry room and housekeepers area, there were PILES of dirty towels and bedding. I noticed later that they covered it with a sheet. The room was so small my son was able to open the fridge...

“The Tropicana has been my go to hotel for many years, It's so close to the Boardwalk and I've never had a problem. Easy to book reservations on the Internet and the front desk/receptionist is always pleasant to deal with. There have been many updates to rooms over the years. One minor suggestion is to put a small shelf in the shower. Since there aren't bathtubs anymore, there are no places to put shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc. I think a self adhesive shelf could be easity attached...

“Perfect size 2 bedroom apartment for a little getaway with my kids. Nicely remodeled bathroom and kitchen was perfectly sized. I will be back.”
