“The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger..”

“The toilet ran in the bathroom all day and night and would not flush. I asked the staff to address the issue and they said there was nothing that they could do until Monday.
Also, they are supposed to change the room over every other day. The room was not changed at all during my 3 day stay. They even asked me if I wanted it changed over and I said yes, but it was still not changed, and I had to ask for new towels. The upside was the kitchen staff (morning) was great. They were friendly and...

“They offered cleaning on the second day but the housekeeper was roaming our floor early so we put out the do not disturb sign out. We vacated the room at 9:45 am but our room did not get cleaned or towels swapped out.
Pool was a little cold and the hot tub was only around 100 deg. but the overall hotel was nice and had a decent breakfast. Coffee could use a bit of an upgrade.”
