There were certain requirements I was looking for and these are why I ultimately rented this apartment. Thus:First. As i was completing everything to pay for my stay I got a major shock at the end. I had two options. Pay a 59.95 damage insurance policy for my 3 day stay, or 1500.00 dollars deposit, which stated it wasn't guaranteed...
