Kick back to simpler, relaxing times and wake up to a sunrise on the beach, right outside your door! Bring your kiddos and your pup! The town of Flagler Beach has a laid-back and friendly vibe. The area is considered a throwback to Old Florida, during a much simpler time away from the maddening crowds. All the neighbors are very nice and welcoming. IT'S A RETRO TOWN with a SALTY STYLE.

Just a short walking distance to local restaurants with the option to cook in a fully equipped kitchen. This house accommodates 4 people and offers cable and wi-fi (a bit slower on Flagler Beach, just a head's up). One-car garage and driveway parking are available.

Super-Cute Duplex is walking distance from the Atlantic Ocean and not too far from downtown Flagler Beach and the Pier. It is approximately 80 to 100 yards to the beach from this home. A few steps from the beach and a variety of restaurants, this cottage will make you feel like a local. Wake up to a view of the ocean and walk a few blocks to the Flagler Pier with your pooch.

THE SPACE:
This charming cottage is perfect for a sunny getaway. Fully furnished with two bedrooms and one bathroom with tv and ceiling fans, a few steps from the beach, you will have a great time enjoying what Flagler Beach has to offer.

This unit has two suites with 3 beds (1 queen, 2 twins). Linens and towels are provided. Please plan on bringing your own beach towels

DOG POLICY
The home is pet-friendly. To be sure there is no misunderstanding, you must get management approval before bringing your dog. Only 1 dog accepted. A non-refundable pet fee will apply at $112/per dog/per stay including tax. Do not bring your dog(s) without prior approval. We ask that you be respectful when getting permission to bring your pooch. Please pick up after them, please do not bring if not house trained, and do not let them on the furniture unless you bring coverings for them to lay on.

No more than two dogs please, each dog must be LESS than 50 pounds (23 kg).

We felt like we were in old Florida staying in this cute little beach cottage close to the ocean. It definitely had a lot of retro features that suited the area. The area is great in laid-back and very little hustle and bustle. You’re far enough away from the crowd, but close enough to walk. Sorry to hear that they’ll be tearing it down.

The location was great, right near beach and the small fenced yar was good for our small dog. House if very old and in need of many updates, especially the kitchen. Owner told us that they are going to tear the place down and build new units in the next year so that would explain not investing a lot in upgrades. We enjoyed our stay.

The photos of the listing were very well photoshopped. The rooms were not as large and well lit as the pics lead you to believe. The air conditioner could be replaced or at least fixed. House was 82 degrees when we got there and had dropped to 79 by the time we went to bed at 11:00 and it was only in the mid 80’s outside all week. The bathroom sink continually backed up, the front door was cracked as if someone had kicked it before and the shower pressure was very weak. All in all on ok property but not worth the amount that we spent on it. To give context, we have stayed in Flagler multiple times and usually spend about the same amount on our housing. This was by far the most run down property we have stayed in. In 2019 we stayed in a duplex (top/bottom) that was twice the size, had a large porch, updated appliances (to include a dishwasher which is not included in this one), 2 blocks from beach but closer to downtown and we spent the same amount leasing that place.

This property has a one minute walk to ocean with great views. Clean and nicely decorated. The living room furniture is in need of replacement. Also, the master bedroom mattress has a dip in it and needs to be replaced.

This property was wonderful for a short getaway for our family of four, including our two big dogs. The beach is just across the street! We found the rental clean with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our short stay.
