Beautiful Modern Home under the Ponderosa Pines - AC - Hot Tub - Fast Wifi

The Flagstaff area is one of my favorite places on earth with outdoor activities available around every corner all year round. A spacious beautiful modern custom home with very large fenced backyard backing the Flagstaff Urban Trail and Ponderosa Pines. Located in the desirable and established University Heights Neighborhood, only 8 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, 5 minutes to Northern Arizona University (NAU), 25 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding, 35 minutes to beautiful red rock Sedona, and 80 miles to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim.

Large landscaped outdoor area great for entertaining and letting yourself enjoy the cool Flagstaff evenings. Includes large 280 square foot deck 1/2 covered with grill and an eight seat table and sitting area. Covered front porch with 2 teak lounger chairs can be used to stay dry and enjoy during monsoon season.

First Floor Master Bedroom: King bed, Flatscreen TV with DirectTV, Large Walk in Closet, Double Vanity Sink, Stand Alone Modern soaking Tub, Walk in Full Glass Shower with custom tile. Watch the beautiful sunrise from bed or pull the blinds to sleep in. At night you can view the stars from the comfort and warmth of your sheets!

Bedroom #2: King bed with shared bath with tub/shower. Watch the sunrise through the pine trees and look for shooting stars as you begin to dream.

Bedroom #3: King bed with shared bath with tub/shower. Wake up viewing the sun peak through the Ponderosa Pine trees.

Bonus Loft: Sleeper sofa with coffee table, games, and flatscreen tv with DirectTV. *Optional Pack and Play available for young children.

Living Room: Enjoy your evenings overlooking the sunset with Ponderosa Pines and budding flowers in the Spring through large panoramic window. Large seating area with 65" Smart TV with Netflix and tons of apps for entertainment and DirectTV . Modern gas fire place for cozying up during the winter snows.

Kitchen: Custom kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful wood cabinetry. Top of the line stainless steel appliances and everything you'd need to cook that delicious family Thanksgiving dinner.

Dining: 8 person table surrounded on three sides by windows looking into the yard with lots of natural light to help you wake up while sipping your warm coffee in the mornings.

Garage: Two car inside parking with lots of room to store your snowboard, skis, bikes and other mountain toys to enjoy your adventure time in Flagstaff.

Great location to NAU

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful place for our daughter’s graduation from NAU. We loved the location. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking, large master bedroom and comfortable living throughout. We look forward to staying here again while visiting Flagstaff.

Wonderful Time

Beautiful house with everything you need. Kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of. Will was responsive and great to rent from. I did think from the photos that the hot tub was attached to the house. It isn’t, it is quite a few steps from the house and back porch but it is covered and well maintained!! The location is close to everything. Only warning is because you can’t rent a 4wheel drive from the car rental places, just know you will likely be stuck inside for a while if it snows. Make sure you are watching the weather and make a grocery run!!! Driveway is short but steep and a small incline out of the neighborhood, very tricky but it is possible to get out. Will does have the drive and sidewalk to front door cleared if it snows more than 4 inches but it can still be difficult. We passed the time watching and helping everyone that got stuck trying to make it up the hill in front of the house. It was a minor inconvenience and made for a fun afternoon of betting if the car coming next would make it around the corner and up the hill and if it didn’t, who was going out to help! Great place to rent!!

Peaceful NYE Getaway

Beautiful home surrounded by towering Ponderosa pine trees. House is comfy, spacious and provides all the amenities for a nice getaway with family and friends. Kitchen well equipped and outdoor area was perfect for our doodles to run, play and chase the ball. Home close to town and this was perfect for fast deliveries of food and groceries. Also close to hikes, all around wonderful!

Awesome get away out of the heat.

Great area for walking your dog neighborhood seems pet friendly. Easy drive to Sedona. House has great design and very comfortable. Close to coffee and groceries. Only Down side I s noise from interstate if you leave the windows open. Windows closed keeps the sound out. Would recommend to friends.

Perfect spot to stay for our trip to Flagstaff!

The house was amazing! Will was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house had EVERYTHING we needed for a nice relaxing stay. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning, took a few strolls along the path right behind the house - nothing like walking out and smelling the Ponderosa pines each day. It was close to many attractions. Sedona is a beautiful drive down the road. We took a Grand Canyon tour that started right in Flagstaff. And thanks to all of the beautiful photos in the house we decided to make the drive to Antelope Canyon, just a little over 2 hours from the house and well worth the drive. We might have to come back during snow season. 😊 Thanks again, Will!!

Home was exactly like the pictures shown on the VRBO site. Easy check in and very comfortable beds and setting in a nice residential area. Fenced yard was a real plus since we brought our dog. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Home was well stocked with quality dinner ware, wine glasses and decent quality knives.

I travel a lot, this house was incredibly clean and you needed nothing as far as house items! We forgot we were not at home after the 1st night! Neighbors were friendly and everyone waved to each other, next time we are bringing our bikes!!! Sincerely

Excellent property

Beautiful home, very clean, more than enough towels, sheets, blankets,etc. Kitchen was very well equipped. Back yard was great for our dog, lots of room for running.This home definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Perfect Weekend Retreat!

Photos dont do the property justice! Great home located in a great neighborhood with the perfect backyard for our dogs to explore and play in a safe fenced in area. Access to local bike/running path steps outside the backyard gate make for a great quick hike and with abundant amenities within a few minutes it's an escape from the hustle and bustle but not creature comforts.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic house for a relaxing vacation! This has to be the one of the nicest homes we've stayed at through vacation rental home sites. Our pre-teen / teen daughters loved having their own space upstairs and we all enjoyed the common areas downstairs with comfy couches and a warm fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were just right. We enjoyed the garage ping pong, assortment of games and the hot tub out back. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We'll definitely reach back out to Will if we are back in the area.

House was great. Well decorated, good internet speeds. House had everything we needed to cook in or get take out. Close to town and good location to Sedona & The Grand Canyon. Our dog loved the big fenced back yard and the walking trails right from the backyard. The owner Will was excellent to work with, responded quickly to questions and had excellent restaurants recommendations. I would say the only downside was how close it was to the freeway, with that said it was only a noisy when you were outside if you were inside it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay here again if we return to Flagstaff.

Beautiful, well appointed house

We rented this property at the last minute after a change in plans during our vacation. We couldn’t have selected a better property. The check in process was easy. The owner was easy to work with, even on a last minute booking. The house was beautiful, beds very comfortable, and everything was in house for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking utensils and food storage options. Every detail was thought through and available to us as renters. The property is also a short drive to the historic downtown area, Lowell Observatory, and Snowbowl, all of which we greatly enjoyed during our brief stay. My wife enjoyed her morning runs through the neighborhood as well.
