Charming Summer-Winter Getaway in Flagstaff

Welcome to our Charming Summer-Winter Getaway. Two cozy levels for you to spread out & enjoy. This quiet Townhouse sits among soaring pines & crisp mountain air. The first level boasts a comfortable living room, spacious open kitchen and dining, , big screen TV, bedroom with closet and full bath. The second level has 3 bedrooms with the Master bedroom with ensuite resides on the plus 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
A private 2 car garage provides direct access to the unit.
The space
2nd Level:
- Master Bedroom : Queen Bed - 2 Adults + Work Space Including Ensuite w double sink & shower and walk-in closet
- Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed - 2 Adults
- Guest Bedroom: 1 Single Beds - 1 Adults (+ Trundle - single for extra person)
- Full Bath with double sink and tub
1st Level:
- Guest Bedroom: BunkBeds - Children ONLY under 12
- Full Bath with single sink and shower

Flagstaff area vacation

Centrally located to do day trips to lower Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jermaine, and more. Clean and well maintained townhouse that does have two flights of stairs. Nice neighborhood.

Convenient to area

Great one week stay. Would have appreciated knowing in advance that there were two stories of 16 steps each to climb from the parking garage level to the upstairs bedrooms. All four members of the party were in their 70s and 80s and we were at a 7000 ft altitude. Still enjoyed the accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property! Nice accommodations, very clean, well-stocked, and located in a nice, quiet and beautiful area. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We would highly recommend!

Great property

This is an outstanding place to stay. The home was easily accessible from the main road, clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The kitchen did have a good variety of the basics, there were plenty of towels and sheets and so forth. The home even had a nice stock of games. Note that the downstairs bedroom is supposed to be kid-only - host requests that only kids sleep in the bunks. Not realizing that, one of our adults just pulled the mattress onto the floor to make sure we didn't break the frame. The listing did not mention but there is a pull-out sofa bed, although the mattress was not in good shape. Bedrooms, especially master, are ample, and the bathrooms are nice. Even came with a small sample of toiletries. Overall you can tell that the host cares about providing a nice stay, and they have set up the home well.
