This home is the perfect launchpad for your next adventure, with the Grand Canyon just an hour and fifteen minutes away, Sedona an easy forty-minute drive, and the majestic mountains of Flagstaff right at your doorstep. Talk about location, location, location!



But the excitement doesn't stop there. Within walking distance, you'll find many delectable restaurants to tantalize your taste buds and a fantastic urban trail system that weaves its way through the entire city. You'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to exploring this vibrant town.



When you're ready to cozy up and unwind after skiing, biking, and hiking, our townhouse has got you covered. Enjoy one of the few places in Flagstaff that has AC! We have two portable AC units to help you stay cool after an active day of hiking or biking. (One upstairs and one downstairs.) Or wrap yourself in warmth while snuggled up next to our gas fireplace. Need to catch up on work or stay connected? No problemo! We've got your back with high-speed Wi-Fi and not one but two designated work-from-home areas equipped with desks and monitors to keep those virtual meetings running smoothly. Get the best of both worlds: a tranquil escape and the ability to easily stay connected.



We're big fans of our furry friends, so there's no need to worry about leaving your beloved pets behind. We happily welcome housebroken and well-behaved pets, ensuring the whole family can join the fun!

This is the perfect family home when visiting Flagstaff! The home was very clean, had all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could possibly need (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, utensils, all kitchen cookware to cook full meals, coffee bar with coffee and sugar, full rack of seasonings, laundry amenities and more!) and the backyard was nice and cozy for our two small pets! Felt like home away from home with all the small details very well thought out! Absolutely loved the cozy fireplace in the living room as well! Overall an absolute 5 star home! Can’t wait to visit again !

Overall everything was great and as described, the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Only comment would be the internet, while it’s nitpicky the connection was very spotty and would completely drop often even when right next to the router. Otherwise a flawless stay.

Un lugar recomendable, en todas la áreas,Hermosa casa limpia todo lo que puedes buscar ahí lo tiene, todo está muy tiendas, café, supermercados todo todo está a menos de 5 minutos,Ambiente totalmente tranquilo y familiar muchas cosas buenas por decir si la recomiendo sii por supuesto si pudiera dar más lo aria gracias al dueño de este lugar!! Great location and well stocked!

The townhome had everything you could need (and this comes from someone who brings her entire kitchen with her!). For the coffee people, this unit provides a Keurig.The location is ideal to access downtown Flagstaff, great restaurants, and grocery stores close by.We had a bit of problems balancing the heat between the two floors. John and Jan were very responsive hosts and were able to advise us.

Perfect home away from home

This place is just perfection. So comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed having the fire on and this comfortable couch to snuggle up on and watch movies. The TV is huge! Perfect size kitchen to cook Thanksgiving meal and visit with our family. The only thing that could make it better would be to have access to park in the garage.

Lovely visit to Flagstaff (but no central AC)

My family enjoyed our time in Flagstaff - great townhome and location. For transparency, I chose this property because the listing specified it had AC. We only book VRBOs with central AC in summer. Indeed, there is a portable unit in the upstairs back bedroom but no central AC (the Nest unit is heat only). When we arrived and discovered this (with a high temp of 87 degrees), the owners offered to purchase a second portable unit. We don't find those units to provide much relief, so we declined but appreciated their reply. My husband was able to fix a leak under the kitchen sink, which was fortunately no problem, as the handyman arrived >48 hours later to check on it. Even with the heat, we always love Flagstaff and this stay was no exception.

Great location

Was hot the week we stayed and no air conditioner, but thankful for fans in each room which helped. One room had an air conditioner upstairs. Well stocked with dishes and silverware but missing a couple pots to cook with. Needs someone to check upstairs bathrooms for leak that is making carpet wet on outside of spare bathroom floor lighting in kitchen over stove and refrigerator needs to be checked as wasn't working

Easy access, comfortable place

Lovely townhome in an easy to access part of town. near all the highways and big streets it was simple to get to the other parts of Flagstaff. Not super walkable area, but there are some stores and gas stations right nearby. The Indian Place was awesome! and we were able to walk there.

Great location and family friendly

My family of six had an amazing time in Sedona and flagstaff, and after a days hike it’s nice to come come back to a warm and cozy house. Living spaces accommodate all of us, remolded bathrooms, clean and organize kitchen and convenient bedrooms with TV’s and computer monitors. Family enjoys their time relaxing away from home.

Wonderful stay

This is a comfortable, clean, wonderful place to stay — VERY close to good restaurants and grocery shopping. Lovely back terrace/yard perfect for my dog. Jon was a very attentive and kind host, exactly what you want in a Vrbo experience. Quiet neighbors, good area for walking dog. This was our first time in Flagstaff and we loved it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect Get Away

Beautiful Townhouse, fully stocked, great location within walking distance to trails, great restaurants, convenience store, and easy access to NAU campus. The owners were very responsive and made the whole experience relaxing. Our dog loved the little backyard and the ease of the doggie door meant sleeping in was an option.
