Guests have access to the entire home except a few hallway closets for keeping supplies

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*
-Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over
- We ask you to treat the home with respect and care
- We kindly ask that Guests shower before using the Hot Tub. There will be a $100 fee for draining and refilling
