This was the perfect size for our party of 4. We made dinner every evening, sat out back in the morning and drank our coffee, and enjoyed watching movies on the comfy couch.

We had such a great time staying here. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The kids absolutely loved it and keep asking when we can go back to the “blue house.” The color and style of the home made it feel very welcoming and special. Crystal was a great host, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

This home is GREAT! Very clean, nicely upgraded, lots of space and the host was AMAZING! She answered ALL my questions quickly and even accommodated a last minute request. We would totally stay here again! It was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you for everything Crystal! A few other thoughts...beds and pillows were comfortable. Room to park 2 cars out front.

Our family stayed here while we visited the Grand Canyon, it was the perfect distance and a beautiful drive. My in laws loved it too!

We overall enjoyed our stay at the property. Great sized house and yard. Comfy beds. A little out of town which was nice but easy to drive in to Flagstaff when needed. Couple of things that weren’t ideal. There were no toiletries in the bathroom- no shampoo, conditioner or soap. Not sure if that is the norm but there were none available during our stay. Assumed there would be so had to go to town to buy. Also, the bedroom with the king sized bed was very roomy and comfortable, but there are lights outside that shine into that window from the house next door. If you are sensitive to light, may want to bring an eye mask. There is only a thin shade on the windows. Owner was very kind to accommodate a request for a couple of hours late checkout for a fee. We appreciated that. Had a nice stay and would stay again…

Gorgeous, stocked, clean, beautiful yard.

My mom, spouse and fur babies, and I stayed here for the long weekend over Fourth of July. The yard was beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood was so quiet and lovely. Great communication.One small thing, consider bringing an eye mask as the shades are not blackout in the bedroom. Comfy bed, and everything is brand new. Would definitely stay here again.

Would stay here again

Super cute property! Crystal was available and very responsive when needed. We appreciated the detailed information provided. My ONLY small issue was when I went to throw a load in the washer, and the detergent bottle was empty. I should have checked and could have just bought some during our store run…but I assumed if it was there, it wasn’t empty. No biggie though! Loved the cornhole boards and the board games available. Would definitely stay here again.

Not sure of what is meant by check in process. Getting into the house was great after I found out what the code was! Ease of navigating VRBO not that great. Ended up with more than one thread. Hmmm! Communication through VRBO with my host was clumsy needless to stay. Hostess was very helpful all the way! We were all 70 plus and didn’t realize this was a two story is the only negative. Everything else was great!
