We were not able to use the unit because of the stairs, and I had a medical emergency so we had to go back home. We thought we were renting a cabin. We lost the money we paid.

Great Stay in Flagstaff!
The resort exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived, to the end of our stay. We stayed 3 nights for our daughter's graduation from NAU and we enjoyed every minute. The accommodations were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. We slept well, had room to visit with friends and family, and appreciated the higher end appliances when cooking and doing laundry. We had the chance to golf, play pickleball, swim, cookout, etc... Also, what truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service. From the moment we made our reservation to the day we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From quickly delivering ice to our room to helping our teenagers get back into the room when they locked themselves out, they made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, our experience at this VRBO vacation resort was nothing short of five stars. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, look no further. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Amazing!
These are great properties! They seem to be repurposed townhouses, though not sure if that is the case or not. Either way, they are lovely. Seemed very high end compared to similarly priced hotels, and the location is outstanding if you love nature! Parents had the time of their lives.

Ideal experience
This was a perfect spot for high altitude training and we love the fitness center and the hot tub. The restaurant was great as well as the service. We will love to come back.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay with a family of 5. Plenty of on property activities. The pool was closed since it was off season but hot tub was open. Pleased with the size of the space and having a kitchen is always nice. Close to some hiking and restaurants and grocery. Flagstaff is a dark city and can be a challenge when you don't know where you are going!

The location and onsite amenities were really cool. The actual room was old and a bit dated and made my allergies act up really bad. Possibly from the carpet or maybe mold.

Family vacation
We really enjoyed staying at this property. We enjoyed the mini golf course and the game room. Very clean with great views and plenty of space for our family of 5. The things we didn’t enjoy is when checking in they tried talking you into sitting in on a timeshare opportunity. Overall a great place to stay though.

Flagstaff 2023
We used Flagstaff as a center point for Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon trip. The resort is really nice. The pool is great, 2 hot tubs, children’s pool area and game rooms inside and out as well as mini golf and pickle ball courts. The location was central to all of our plans. I gave the checkin process a 3 because as a vrbo rental, you still get hounded by the staff to attend a 90 minute Wyndham sales pitch. We said “no” and did not attend but just getting battered by the staff to attend the seminar at check-in is a pain. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Experience Flagstaff/Sedona/Grand Canyon
Wyndham offers alot of conveniences Ii.e. clubhouse, workout facility, restaurant, access to computers, very family oriented). The condo that we stayed in needs to be deep-cleaned as it smelled musty. We did enjoy use of the kitchen and laundry facilities as we cook all of our meals. Concierge and office staff were very friendly and professional/helpful. Location is great and very quiet. Nestled in a residential area. We took advantage of hiking trails nearby, visiting downtown Flagstaff, Grand Canyon Train experience out of Williams, AZ (about 30 mins from Condo), Sedona is a must to visit and only about 45 mins away. Absolutely beautiful area!

Great for a Family
Great place to stay for our family of 6. Lots of space, convenient & quiet location, lots of extras included with the resort. Basic amenities in the condo for cooking and cleaning. Front desk was friendly and prompt in addressing our needs. We had a great time.

Relax and enjoy the outdoors
The perfect location to celebrate a 60th birthday! The resort offers plenty of activities but we take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and spent a lot of time hiking the trails in Flagstaff and nearby Sedona.

Peaceful And Relaxing

Spring Break 2023
Property was great! Hot tub was open even with the temperature being chilly! Our teens enjoyed the extra ammenities of basketball court, pool table and cable with the NCAA tournament happening. Only thing I would say is there were no spices for cooking with and no cleaning supplies for wiping down the counters, just dish soap.

Nice home base
We liked this place as a homebase for a trip to the Grand Canyon. Roomy, clean, everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace. The pool and mini golf were closed. The front desk staff were very nice. Thank you!!

Great Resort
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was so helpful and kind. Check-in was easy and the staff really made you feel welcomed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We borrowed some games for the stay. My children really enjoyed it as well. The town of Flagstaff is beautiful.

Winter Wonderland
Had a great time visiting from Florida. Originally from Maryland, it was fun getting to see snow again. The place was really nice, perfect size and great location. Flagstaff is a quant town convenient to many things. Enjoyed a day trip to the Grand Canyon and had fun exploring all Flagstaff had to offer. The staff at the Wyndham resort were very informative and accommodating. We will definitely be back and stay again.

Super nice place with a view
Loved the place. Super view. Everything you need to feel at home is there. No neighbors above or below you, but next to you. Comfortable for us 4 adults and a toddler. They provided us with gates and a playpen for our grandson. Any issues? They were taken care of by maintenance within 30 min., of call. Super nice place ♥️

Great experience!
We had a great experience at this property and in Flagstaff. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We cooked breakfast in and ate the majority of the rest of our meals out. The pool area was great. We'd definitely stay at this property again!
