This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath retreat is tucked right along the lush greens of Flagstaff’s Continental Country Club—offering 4 comfy beds, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a shaded deck that’s perfect for coffee at sunrise or wine under the stars.
Inside, natural light floods the open-concept living area, where you can unwind and take in uninterrupted mountain views through the massive glass wall. A fully stocked kitchen makes meals a breeze, and the loft adds extra sleeping space for family or friends.
Step outside and you’re on the golf course, surrounded by towering ponderosa pines. Less than a 5 minute walk along the cart path to The Oakmont restaurant and Club House. The club house has activities and amenities that you can use for an additional cost; pool, pickle ball, gym, and more! Please inquire about costs and use 😊

Except for a few locked closets, guests will have the entire home to themselves.
Guests are not allowed to play/hangout in the course boundaries. Guests should be aware of flying golf balls when anywhere near the course.
No golfing or club house amenities and activities are included with your stay. Club house amenities and activities cost extra and you need a pass from a property owner. Depending on how close to your check-in day you book and/or inquire about access, we may or may not be able to get you access. You need a pass to use the pool, pickle ball court, gym, and other Club House amenities.
Accessibility: Guests will have to use stairs to access and move around the home.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via Vrbo messaging , text, or call.
We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.
This townhome is on the golf course. Although it rarely happens, guests should be aware of golf balls potentially landing in the backyard area and deck.
After booking you will be sent a link to your online guest registration form. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration; - All adult guests: Names - Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID - Vehicle information
There is portable air conditioning unit set up in the loft and one set up in the living room. As is the case with most mountain homes, this home does not have central air conditioning. There is a large ceiling fan in the living room, and we suggest opening windows at night.
Please utilize the parking lot only. There is plenty of off-street parking available in the parking lot.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.
A $300 security deposit hold will be paced on your card a few days prior to your check-out date. This hold will be released, less any incidentals, about 4 days after your check-out.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules, the presence of exterior cameras, and to complete our guest registration. We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read 😁
#1 – Shoes Off • We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!
#2 – Pets • For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring animals onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation. There will be a $150 animal cleaning fee if it is determined there was a animal in in the home. * Service animals are allowed. We would appreciate a heads up if you are bringing a service animal so we can prepare the cleaning team and prepare for the extra costs. NOTICE: Emotional Support animals are not Service animals.
#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use • Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 – No Parties • Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!
#7 - Check Out is 10AM • Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.
#8 - Lights and Electronics • We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.

We booked this home for Christmas and it was perfect. The house was very clean, and the hosts went above and beyond by putting up Christmas decorations for the season.The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and we were able to cook a full Christmas dinner with no issues at all. The kids had plenty of space to spread out, build forts in the living room, and they loved the loft.The hosts were very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish, which allowed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The property is also in a great location within about 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in town. And the patio in the golf course was really enjoyable to look out at.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!
