“My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car....

“The staff was professional and hospitable. Thanks to all those especially went out of their way to make me feel special. As a person in a wheelchair I would like to suggest adding a vanity mirror to the bathroom. The mirror on the wall is too high. For an accessible room the sink is too high. That is why the mirror is too high. Also, the door entering my “accessible room” feels like 40 pounds of pressure. Way too heavy. “We were there for a graduation and wanted to try bed and breakfast experience. They were so nice and welcoming. It was in a good area and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and they made sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn't definitely stay there again 😊”

“Came in town for a long weekend to celebrate family. We used outside space to host a family dinner for 13. Room had a two burner stove top that was used. The space was fantastic. Took advantage of breakfast every morning. Location was close to family. Hotel was clean. Front desk was very friendly. Had a few problems with tv. Staff was quick to fix. ”

"I never come back in that place anynore. The staff is very rude and not welcoming at all. At 9,30 pm, upon my arrival the receptionist told me that i couldn't have stayed at the hotel because my credit cards for the deposit has been declined. The room has been paid in advance but she didn't care, it was against the rules! I was traveling with my son 12 years old. It was terrible and scary. In the end, after insisting a lot she finally gave me a room. I was so happy and relief to go at the airport early in the morning the following day. Iwill never stay at Hilton, any of them, in the future."

"Rooms are fine but not well soundproofed, which is a problem considering how close to the airport this hotel is. The building is quite old, overall. Breakfast options and breakfast room are very basic (e.g. no coffee). The free shuttle service from/to the airport is a great plus, though. "
