“Host was really helpfull, letting us know where his recommendation to eat was before. The only problem for me being disabled, was not know about all the steps to get into the property. They were different sizes as well so didnt help either. Tim was very apologetic and was trying to come up with ideas, when he saw me struggling to get into the house. ”

“Do NOT book these apartments at Aurum House . I received an email stating that I would receive info re carparking 24 hours before my stay and "other" check in details approx 1 hour before the check in time of 3pm. I hadn't had any info sent to me so just after 2pm I sent a message asking for the check in info.... with no reply. I waited and waited and eventually rang the host. It went to voicemail. So I called the other number that was on the listing on the Hotels.com website. It was aswered by...

“An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me.”
