“We had a few issues with the amenities. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, the hair dryer did not work. The lighting in the wash sink is poor. The staff addressed the first two items when be brought it to their attention. Two days in a row an egg omelet, diced warm potatoes, and a sausage patty with cheese in the middle was served. “As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. “garbage was not emptied all weekend - ants in garbage on our floor by the elevator. Staff we gruff, had to wait ages to check-in as nobody at the desk. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were a bit dingy.”
