“The size of the room was great with a kitchen, two bathrooms and a upstairs patio. Our room was above the ajoining restaurant which could get loud on a Friday or Saturday night, but only lasted until 11 pm which did not negatively impact us. Good general lodgings with some nice amenities (e.g., pool, hot tub, fitness center, pool table, etc.).”

“This hotel is under construction and should really tell guests what is going on there. But besides that, the pool area is awful and the maid knocked on every door at 8 am. Also, we could hear people talking from down stairs. There is a car rental place on one side of building that vacuums and washes cars all day and was very loud thru the windows.”

I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing. 2.
