The terrace with sea view is equipped with a table for 4 people and a parasol. The living room consists of a lounge area with sofas, TV (French and German channels), table, and a fully equipped kitchen area (coffee maker, 4 ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer function). From the kitchen there is a second terrace with a clothes line.
On the first floor there is a first bedroom with two single beds and cupboards, a shower room, a separate toilet and a second bedroom with sea view and access to a balcony (small table and two chairs), with a double bed (140x190), 2 small duvets) and cupboard.

Located 900m from the beach and 650m from the first shops, the Residence Mer Indigo - Côté Mer consists of semi-detached houses and flats. A pedestrian path leads to the beach and the centre of the resort. The swimming pool is normally open from 1 June to 30 September, but the dates may vary depending on the decision taken by the general meeting of co-owners.
With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a very popular seaside resort. It is part of the municipality of Fleury d'Aude, and every day of the year, this small village hosts a delightful, typical southern market on the seafront. Not far from there, in the massif of La Clape, a protected natural heritage: the exceptional "gouffre de l'œil doux" offers a spectacle not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds in the distance.
