La casa "Girun" è un confortevole condominio in stile Flims (costruito nel 1977, rinnovato nel 2008). Posizione tranquilla e soleggiata in un vicolo cieco. Lo skibus gratuito si ferma di fronte alla casa durante la stagione invernale.

Nella casa: sauna (extra). Deposito sci, riscaldamento centralizzato, lavatrice e asciugatrice (in comune, extra). Accesso alla casa Posto auto sotterraneo incluso. Negozio alimentare 500 m, ristorante 300 m, fermata bus 200 m, treno a cremagliera 1 km.

Gerne wieder

Eine Woche Skiurlaub in einer passenden FeWo. Die Wohnung war angenehm warm; dank der Fußbodenheizung wurden die Ski-Innenschuhe über Nacht gut trocken. Die Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus war echt Klasse. In vier Minuten waren wir dann an der Talstation.Auf dem großen Balkon hatte wir eine schöne Aussicht. Die Küche war für drei Mann gut genug ausgestattet. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Es waren zuviel Überbleibsel von Vermietern in Küche, Bad und Dielenschrank vorhanden.

Wintermärchen in Flims

Es ist eine herrliche geräumige Wohnung. Der Balkon ist schön auf den Süd-Osten, auf die Berge ausgerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht was alt und an die Zeit gekommen, aber alles funktioniert perfekt, und die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut, der Ski-Bus fährt vor der Tür. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief sehr gut und vor allem sehr sympathisch.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist echt sehr angenehm, sehr geräumig, und der Blick von dem Balkon jeden Morgen und abends herrlich. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, und dass ging prima. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr adäquat, vor allem sehr sympathisch. Das Einzige ist, dass die Küche etwas klein ist. Ich habe persönlich Probleme mit Fett, und möchte nicht in ein Restaurant. Dann sind 3 elektrische Herdplatten etwas wenig. Aber es ging prima. Schöne, angenehme Wohnung und der Skibus vor de Haustür ist auch perfekt!

Flims in winter

The apartment is generous for four adults. It will serve those well who want to spend most of their time on the ski slopes and or otherwise out and about. Nice views from the breakfast table or balcony are inviting a relaxed start of the day. The kitchen is adequately equipped, not more. The host communicated in a friendly and efficient manner. The location is at the beginning of town coming from Chur but still within easy walking distance to everything. In short, the place is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable abode without expecting luxury.

Great location, great host

It was our second time at Nicolai's apartment and probably not last. Location is fantastic for skiers and for hikers. Nice and quiet neighborhood with skibus stop just in front of the house. Apartment is sunny and spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. The host - Nicolai is very supportive, easy reachable and really takes care about his guests. Vielen Dank Nicolai

Super Lage zum Skifahren

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, quasi 2 Bäder, Spülmaschine, die Sauna im Keller war wunderbar. Alles ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionell. Der Skibus fährt direkt von vor der Haustür zur Gondel, dort kann man auf dem Heimweg gut einkaufen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

geniale Lage und viel Sonne

wir verbrachten erholsame tage in der sonnigen wohnung an einer genialen lage. der skibus hält vor dem haus. die wohnung hat alles was man braucht. sie bietet viel platz. wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. der vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und hat geduldig alle fragen beantwortet. die sauna im haus ist eine wohltat nach einem skitag um zu entspannen. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herausragende Ausstattung, unkomplizierter netter Gastgeber

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder. In keiner anderen Ferienwohnung haben wir je eine so umfassende Ausstattung bis ins letzte Detail vorgefunden: Vom Kinderstuhl bis zum Waffeleisen ist alles da. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super: Unkomplizierter Checkin/ Checkout, und auf jede Frage kam prompt eine hilfreiche Antwort. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, wäre das vielleicht der nicht nutzbare Kamin und die Lage am Ortsrand. Aber der Skibus hält wirklich direkt vor der Tür, in 5 Minuten ist man somit am Lift und am Supermarkt. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

Einfach ein toller Ort, um Zeit im Winter zu verbringen

Perfekter Ort für Skifahrer in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sonnig, geräumig und komfortabel. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ganze Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang des Gebäudes und nur 4 Minuten zur Bergbahnstation. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Nicolai.

Schön gelegen - mit eingeschränktem Wohnkomfort

Sonnige Wohnung mit Aussicht und grossem Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée. Optimale (Schi-)Bus Anbindung. Mitbenutzung Sauna im Haus. Küche, Badezimmer und Gäste-WC sind in die Jahre gekommen und die allgemeine Ausstattung ist renovationsbedürftig.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben für eine Woche zu viert in Nicolais Apartment gewohnt. Das Apartment ist super: geräumig, gut gelegen (der Bus hält direkt vor der Türe), super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Trotz kurzfristiger Reservierung hat alles super geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolle Wohnung

Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr. Toller Balkon und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist am Anfang des Dorfes. Ich finde die Lage toll dort. Ruhig und trotzdem mit dem Shuttel bequem bis zu den Bergbahnen erreichbar. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Viel Platz, gute Lage, 1a Ausstattung

Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche hier und sind begeistert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und angenehm unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist gross und hell. Was uns besonders positiv auffiel, war die Ausstattung: Vom Sparschäler über das Fondueset bis hin zur Kopfschmerztablette in der Hausapotheke war wirklich alles da was man sich wünschen konnte. Der Skibus hält buchstäblich vor der Haustür und bringt einen innerhalb von 5 min zu der Talstation Flims. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
