“Phenomenal”

“The picture that are advertised are completely false. The picture show an updated hotel room and this hotel has not been updated since probably the 90s the first night our sheets were soaking wet. We originally reserved two days and then all of a sudden it said that we needed to check out because we only reserved one, but we really did reserve too when we used your app. It was weird.”

“As very seasoned travelers (65F & 64M) who have stayed in places all across the country, my husband & I failed to do our due diligence in reading reviews for this hotel. Many of the poor reviews are very similar to our experience. We booked this room 2 months in advance of a trip from Michigan to Virginia to see our granddaughter’s high school graduation. “This was our worst hotel experience ever. When we walked in there was blood on the check in counter. We should have walked out then. The floor in our room was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor with every step so we never took them off. Our shower would not drain so the second person to shower had to stand in dirty water up to their ankles. We reported this but it was never fixed. We stayed seven nights and never got clean towels or our garbage emptied despite nicely asking the housekeeper...

“Roachs!! It’s a whole other world,people everywhere in the parking lot walking pit bulls and carrying guns, I saw a guy clearly smoking crack outside broad daylight,blood was on the linen and that was the deal breaker,I booked it for a week and couldn’t last a night and I’m from the hood,1st room had so many roachs in the bathroom I’m still getting chills thinking about it,close it down!!”
