“Hotel and staff were amazing! Feel bad rating a 3 but the bar next door (live music) was so loud from 830p-12 midnight. The hotel staff said the bar being torn down soon but it was so crazy loud (like over 100 decibel when most noise ordinance 75). We couldn’t sleep until it stopped. ”

“Great ocean view, however one elevator was functional the entire week we were there. It’s a large hotel to only have one working elevator. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, however we did not have anyone attempt to clean our room in 5 days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and get a new roll, as well as clean towels.
