“We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. “Cozy Koenig was just the right size for two travelers. It was easy to find and the communication from the owner was easy and clear. The house was clean and easy to access. There is a lot to do in Cincinnati and this is centrally located to major sporting venues and events. Our destination was Jungle Jim’s International Market which was fantastic but be prepared to spend some time there. I would highly recommend this property and when returning to Cincinnati I would search for Cozy Koenig first!...

“This was really nice for a family of 4. We would definitely stay again. The only thing was there was a tornado in the area with sirens going off the last night of our stay. A bit scary, due to no local storm shelters.”

“The property is in a great location. It’s small, but clean. The window air conditioning unit was quite loud and the paint is peeling off the ceiling in the shower due to no exhaust fan. Over all it was a very convenient place to stay with a full size kitchen if you want to cook.”

“Overall a great place. Not really big enough for 4 people because of a lack of privacy. The pullout couch was very loud every time our friend moved on it. The sliding door for the bathroom created a privacy issue as well. Within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. ”
