Cottage a Florence

“Our room had a strange smell when we opened the door. After seeing 2 tiny cockroaches, we concluded that the smell was pesticide. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable.”

“No amenities. Door key did not work on the second day. Had to go to the office three times before it was corrected.”

“Very charming and quiet”

“It was great for the state fair within 2 miles but far enough away it was calm and quite”

“The house was definitely a home away from home. The space was great and the privacy of the property was perfect. We would recommend this rental.”

“We had a great stay at The Katy Rest Stop. The host provided all information (check-in process, check-in and check-out info, and procedures) in a friendly and timely manner. The host responded to questions promptly, too. The property was clean and well maintained. Since we have family in Sedalia, we’ll certainly consider using it again should the need arise.”

“Awesome place to stay in Sedalia, beautiful cosy home. Top notch host. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“The house is absolutely adorable! Everything was clean and organized and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there next time. I’m in Sedalia.”
