  • L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano (con ascensore) di un elegante palazzo storico situato nella centralissima via dei Cerchi a Firenze. Ci troviamo esattamente nel centro della città a metà strada tra Piazza della Signoria e piazza del Duomo: è impossibile trovare una casa più centrale di questa.

    Recentemente ristrutturata, Signoria Elegant è arredata in stile moderno e offre camere accoglienti dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per garantirvi un soggiorno indimenticabile nel cuore di Firenze.

    Gli spazi interni sono organizzati su due livelli. Appena entrati troverete un piccolo corridoio che sulla destra conduce alla prima camera da letto matrimoniale, mentre sulla sinistra porta al primo bagno (dove si trova anche la lavatrice) e allo spazioso open space che è suddiviso tra il salotto (dove ci sono un comodo divano letto doppio e la TV) ed la modernissima cucina aperta; questo ambiente è molto luminoso e consente agli ospiti di rilassarsi davanti alla televisione o di fronte a un buon libro dopo una giornata di visite turistiche nella magica Firenze.

    Una scala infine vi porterà al soppalco dove si trova la seconda camera da letto matrimoniale ed il secondo bagno.

    In grado di ospitare fino a 5 persone, questo prestigioso appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort tra cui l'aria condizionata, l'accesso ad internet con Wi-Fi, rilevatore di monossido ed il riscaldamento autonomo.

Piacevole esperienza

Casa situata in un’ottima posizione, vicina a tutto. Pulizia e check in buono. Purtroppo la camera nel soppalco presenta un lucernario senza tenda e, appena sorge il sole, non è facile dormire. Nel complesso consiglio l’alloggio!

Really wanted to love it. Pictures are fantastic and mostly as described. What you can’t see is 4th floor walk up or tiny elevator. Requires a key for use of elevator or entry to building/apartment, so your group can’t split up. You’re supposed to walk your trash 2 blocks away every day. Bathroom on second level never got warm so could not use shower. Bathroom on main smelled of feces/sewer and mold the entire time. Shower had no shelving to place your items so you can to continuously bend down in a shower the size of a coffin. Poor water pressure. Biggest issue was NO mattress pads on the beds, yuck so much. I couldn’t get past it. Totally repulsive and unsanitary. We ended up on bare mattress every single night since only a tiny flat sheet is provided and it doesn’t stay put. Excellent location, but noisy, loud (even with windows closed) 23 hours a day with a break between 4-5am. Would absolutely never, under any circumstances, stay again.

Ideal location and great communication with the host. The apartment has a drip coffee machine which we love. It has a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine/dryer. Rare finds in Italy. The pizza place on the same block has the nicest staff. Grocery market 50 feet from the door had what we needed for a pleasant stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. You couldn't really ask for a better location. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the building, and almost all the sites were within about a 10 minute walk (many even closer). We were very comfortable in our accommodation. The beds were a bit firm, which some people like, but some people don't. The kitchen is small, but very usable. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Florence.

Great location, clean, and easy check in with nice host. The apartment was not a comfortable place to spend time - very limited seating (one couch for two people) and the beds could be improved. The downstairs bathroom had an overwhelming smell of sulfur and was almost unusable. Two of our party elected to stay in a hotel rather than spend a second night at the apartment.

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to shopping, museums, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was not ready for our check in time and we did not have hot water the 1st day. The communication with the management team was easy and they did address our issues promptly.

The location was PERFECT!  However, I feel it necessary to make the following comments. Concern 1. VRBO listing had sleeping arrangements as:  bedroom 1, 1 dbl bed, bedroom 2, 1 dbl bed, and 1 dbl pull-out sofa. I understood this meant the property slept 6, even though there was a conflicting note on the listing that the apt slept 5. We assumed the "5" was a typo based on the bed configuration and 6 guests were approved. Upon arrival, one bed was a small single. I spoke to VRBO, and I was told it was a translation error, and nothing could be done.  Their "translation error" resulted in one couple having to find their own apartment at a significant expense. Because of this, I also learned that when there are conflicting details, I will never ass u me and reach out for confirmation.Concern 2. The upstairs bathroom shower is moldy and requires scrubbing; the shower head needs to be replaced as it does not stay up. See images below.CONCERN 3. Provided 1 set of keys, a 2nd set is a MUST with 2 couples - coordinating arrival times so no one was left stranded on the street waiting was frustrating.I want to thank the young gentleman who greeted us. He was kind and professional.Overall, if VRBO can update the listing with the correct bed configuration, clean the upstairs bathroom of the mold, and replace the shower head, and offer an additional set of keys, the apartment is in a very sought-after area, and I would have no problem recommending a stay.

Great location

Can't beat the location of this apartment if you want to be in the center of Florence. The place was clean and checkin was easy. The beds are not the most comfortable but will do for most. Seems well appointed though we didn't use the kitchen at all, why would you with the abundance of amazing restaurants nearby?

Great location and beautiful apartment

The place was absolutely beautiful and even had an elevator in the building to get up to the apartment. It was in a central location but off the beaten path and had a market close as well as restaurants. The only thing was the downstairs main bathroom was broke when we got there and they had a plumber fixing it. He left it a mess and we had to clean it up which was disgusting since there was toilet water and feces all over the bathroom. It was hard to have a conversation with whoever was in charge after hours since this was all at night around 9pm and kept getting the run around. Finally they agreed to reimburse me 20% which should have been 50% but I was tired of going back and forth with them. So all in all it was a terrific place as long as nothing is wrong in the apartment

Good location, terrible host experience

The apartment is right in the action in Florence, however the host was a real challenge. We booked for four people, but only had 3 pillows. The check-in was slow and we waited 15 minutes for the rep to show up and let us in. There were no dishwashing detergent or cleaning supplies. We complained to the regular line and the emergency line then finally after 6 messages and 2 days (half of our trip) they finally came with additional pillow cases and cleaning supplies.

Great Location, clean apartment

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute

Florence stay.

Great central location for exploring Florence, walking distance to all the main attractions and train station. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed, appreciated the elevator to avoid the stairs in the July heat. Lots of room for our family of five. Wifi did not work great all the time and the AC had a hard time keeping up during the heat wave but all things considered we would definitely recommend staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Florence

Nice two bedroom, two bath within walking distance to the major attractions of Florence. Pictures look better than the apartment. Loved having the heavy shutters to keep noise and light out. I wish the host communicated more. FYI, no laundry soap, and if you want extra towels there is a charge.
