Just remodeled, Right in the heart of Florence historic center : 8 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station , 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio , Duomo and Uffizi Museum . Restaurants , bars , markets , shops right downstairs . The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms :
1) wine room ( 21 sq.mt.) very luminous , with two windows, Queensize bed 160x190cm , A/C , smart tv .
2) World suite (16 sq Mt) with en-suite bathroom , 2 windows , queensize bed 150x190 cm, A/C, smart tv .
3) Marilyn room ( 10 sq mt) with French bed 140x200 cm , little terrace , A/C , smart tv .
4) Le Petit : small service room with one single bed , smart tv , 1 window , with A/C .
There is a large kitchen where you will find all essential crockery to cook your meals and Nespresso coffe machine (no A/C in the kitchen ). There is a second bathroom in the hallway . (No A/C in the Hallway and bathroom )
The “world suite” has its own en-suite bathroom , while the other rooms have the other bathroom in the hallway .
The apartment is at the third floor without elevator , so it is not suited for people who have mobility problems. There is an automatic wash right downstairs ( 30 mt away from the condo door)
The building is right on the corner of the Traffic limited zone , so to get in front of the building door you won’t need to enter the ZTL. The base rate is up to 4 people , if you will be more than 4 guests ( children are counted as adult ) there is an extra charge for each guest up to 7 people , so please take care of selecting the right number of guests in your party during reservation. If you will need an earlier or later check in we could arrange it if possible, and the cost is 30€ ( later check within 1 pm ; earlier check in from noon ) . Tourist tax ( 6€ p/day pp up to 7 days) will be payed after the check in
