A recently renovated stylish space, in the heart of the historical center of the city, just a few steps from Piazza Signoria, Uffizi e Ponte Vecchio.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional building, approx. 10-12 stairs.

The space
The window-balcony has a view of Via della Condotta, a central and visited street of important brands of Italian and international fashion, near Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and Uffizi, cultural heritage of Medieval and Humanistic Florence.
The apartment is renovated, comfortable, and perfect for visiting Florence through short walks around the city's historical center.
The space is composed of three rooms, two with a double bed and the other with a sofa convertible in a comfortable double bed.
Each of the three rooms has a TV 55', (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), air conditioning and a heating system, unlimited Internet WI-FI connection and wireless mobile phone chargers.
The apartment also has a spacious kitchen, with everything needed for six guests: a dining table, a TV 55' (Netflix, YouTube), a refrigerator, a microwave, kitchen items of furniture, a teapot, and a coffee machine for the perfect Italian espresso.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, toilet bowl, and a hairdryer.

Condotta House is located in a pedestrian zone, in Via della Condotta, which brings to Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, Arno River, and from there to Palazzo Pitti, Giardino dei Boboli and Museo Nazionale del Bargello. Paid private parking, Bargello Garage, can be found 4 minutes from the house, on foot.

From Condotta House, attractions of Florence can be reached in short walks; 5 minutes on foot to Piazza della Repubblica 7 min to the Duomo, 12 minutes to Galleria dell'Accademia, and 15 minutes from the Park of Cascine.
Condotta House is 15 minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, a balcony from which can be seen the most beautiful landscape of Florence and the magic sunsets of this city of art and love.

It can be accessed from a principal door facing Vicolo dei Cerchi, in Via della Condotta, 10-12 stairs to the first floor of a traditional building.
