“No AC, has a heater. We slept with the balcony door open all night and the room got chilly but we enjoyed it a lot. Nice view of the ocean and theres a path to walk along the ocean. Very nice affordable stay amd Yachats has a lot of really cute shops and restaurants to enjoy yourself at.”

“The staff was great but the property is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom sink drains very slowy it almost filled the sink before I was able to get hot water. Overall I would give it a 3 because the staff was very helpful and nice it made the stay more pleasant ”
