Charming apartment in the heart of Florence, Piazza Libertà area near the historical city centre, recently renovated, on the first floor with elevator in an elegant apartment building. The apartment is composed of an entrance, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom ( both kitchen and bedroom have access to a private terrace), fully equipped with all the comforts you need.
Short walk (10-15 minutes) to the Accademia Gallery, to the Duomo, museums, markets, and other famous attractions.

L 'ALLOGGIO

Our apartment is completely renovated and is located on the first floor in a elegant apartment building. Very quiet as it completely overlooks a garden. The apartment is about 35m2 and is composed of an entrance, kitchen (equipped with a table for 4, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, stove, American and Italian coffee makers, pots, pans, utensils for cooking), a bathroom with window (toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer), a bedroom (queen size bed, wardrobe, 40" flatscreen smart tv), heating and air conditioning.
The terrace offers the possibility of having breakfast or a relaxing glass of wine outdoors (tablet for 2).
Services included:
complimentary Nescafe instant coffee, sugar, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bags.
Wifi, heating, air conditioning, bed sheets, bath towels, informative brochure of the apartment, final cleaning.

Il nostro appartamento si trova nel quartiere di piazza Libertà a pochi passi dal cuore del centro storico (10 – 15 minuti a piedi) dal Duomo, musei, parchi, mercati. E' completamente rinnovato ed è situato al primo piano in un elegante edificio. Molto silenzioso in quanto si affaccia completamente sui giardini. L’appartamento di circa 35 m2 è composto da un ingresso, una cucina attrezzata (tavolo per 4 persone, microonde, bollitore, piano cottura, frigorifero) un bagno finestrato (wc, bidet, doccia, asciuga capelli ), una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale, televisione schermo piatto 40 , guardaroba) riscaldamento ed aria condizionata . Una terrazza che offrirà la possibilita’ di una colazione o un bicchiere di vino all’aperto (tavolo per 2 persone).

We personally greet our guest upon arrival. We can be contacted by phone throughout the duration of your stay.
The usual check in time is 3 pm and 8 pm, any change can be arranged before arrival.
Check out is by 11 am.
