Un appartamento con fascino storico, un tempo parte del complesso di Sant'Orsola, in un tipico palazzo fiorentino nel cuore del centro storico, a due passi da San Lorenzo e dal Duomo. La base ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici, fino a quattro persone.
Un appartamento di circa 65 m², pensato per un massimo di 4 ospiti. Dispone di 2 camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con zona guardaroba privata, un bagno con doccia, un'ampia zona soggiorno e una zona da pranzo con angolo cottura attrezzato. Ad accogliervi troverete un kit di cortesia (carta igienica, sapone, shampoo) per i primi bisogni.

Basilica di San Lorenzo: ~4 min
Mercato Centrale: ~4 min
Duomo: ~6 min
Stazione di Santa Maria Novella: ~12 min
Perfetto per famiglie e gruppi di amici che cercano una base centralissima e ricca di fascino per vivere Firenze a piedi.
Buono a sapersi: L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano e l'edificio è privo di ascensore, quindi non è adatto a ospiti con mobilità ridotta. Check-in su appuntamento dalle 14:00 alle 20:00; per arrivi dopo le 20:00 è previsto un supplemento. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, regolata dalla normativa italiana che prevede una temperatura minima di 20° e massima di 22°. L'appartamento si trova in Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL): se arrivate in auto, scriveteci prima e vi indicheremo dove parcheggiare.

Tassa di soggiorno: € 6,00 al giorno a persona da pagare al check-in per un massimo di 7 notti

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in.
- Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. 
 Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost:
• From 8 PM to 10 PM, 50 Euro
• From 10 PM to Midnight, 80 Euro
•  From Midnight to 2AM, 100 Euro
- Check-out time is 10:00 am; 
- Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; 
- Parties are not allowed;
- Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors;
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment;
- Pets are allowed on request. A supplement of € 20 per stay will be required;
- Crib is available on request: € 20 per stay;
- If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it;
- Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost  apartment keys, you will be charged 50 Euros for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons;
-  For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100 € will be required;
- The apartment is  located in a pedestrian area and cannot be reached by car. If you are coming by car, please feel free to contact me to get information about the private parking in the area..
- HEATING RULES:according to Law n° 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season 2022-2023, the start-up period of the heating systems, for the Municipality of Florence, is allowed from November 8th  to April 7th , for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
The temperature ​​allowed in our apartment are 19 ° C (+ 2 ° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21 ° C, we thank you for your kind cooperation.
