Questo spazio moderno e arredato con gusto offre un rifugio elegante a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dai principali punti di interesse della città.



L'appartamento si sviluppa su 120 metri quadrati e dispone di 3 camere da letto con 4 letti: 2 king size e 2 singoli, garantendo comfort e flessibilità per ogni tipo di gruppo. La casa è dotata di 4 bagni - 3 con doccia e 1 con vasca - che assicurano privacy e comodità per tutti gli ospiti.



La cucina americana completamente attrezzata è un vero punto di forza, con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione tra cui frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina del caffè, tostapane e tutti gli utensili necessari per preparare pasti deliziosi. This place is amazing. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. My family was there for three weeks. The kitchen is lacking in some items, however, unless you cook it will not matter as you have the essentials. The elevator was extremely helpful. The location is PERFECT! All of the places to visit are close by and there are several grocery stores also close by. The train station is less than 10 minutes and you can do day trips from Florence. The wine bar downstairs became our favorite place. We visited multiple times.You can not go wrong staying in this apartment!

We were really looking forward to our stay at this condo, but it unfortunately did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the bedding was not clean — the sheets were stained and had hairs on them, and there was a visible amount of dust and debris under the beds. We also discovered that the furniture was very dirty and, and we ended up having to purchase a blanket just to cover the couch. The overall quality of the furnishings felt very cheap and did not reflect the price we paid for this rental.We also had to buy our own bedding and cleaning supplies to make the space livable, which was disappointing and shouldn’t have been necessary. In addition, the listing advertised four bathrooms, but there are only three.To be fair, Giovanni and Pascal were both extremely kind and helpful — they were not at fault and did their best to assist us. However, the property itself needs much better cleaning standards, more accurate advertising, and furnishings that match the premium rental price.The location is good, but we hope the owner and management address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

Great location in Florence… but not a premier host. Our group of 6 adults had high hopes for this apartment based on the pictures and reviews online. On arrival, we were told the dishwasher was not working. Not a major issue but unfortunately, just the start of problems. First, there were little things like worn towels, a single roll of toilet paper supplied for each bathroom, and no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen for drying any dishes we now needed to hand wash. Then day 2 began with banging on the door by the renter just below us. Her apartment was being flooded by water from the master bath shower. It took 2.5 days to get it fixed and we discovered the leak had happened to the poor 84 year old woman the previous week with the VRBO guests who preceded us. Finally, the internet went out for 48 hours. While the property manager for Lucca Apartments apologized for these shortcomings, there was no additional effort to make restitution. When I asked, I was told I could complete a form online. After no reply in a week, the attorney for Lucca Apartments emailed back in response to my query. He offered a payment equal to the cleaning fee in return for my signature on a “non-disclosure” form, effectively buying our silence about the issues we faced during our 7 nights stay. We chose to write this review rather than take the money. We wanted other VRBO customers to be aware of this host’s approach to managing disappointed guests. We trust VRBO will publish this review.

Great location and set up in the heart of Florence

The apartment is well set up for three couples - one bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite with walk in shower, a second bedroom does not have an ensuite but has access to a full bathroom nearby (note shower is a bit small but standard size) the third bedroom is up the stairs also has an ensuite however with two twin beds, and a large ceiling window that can be opened (also has a shade that can be drawn down) - all bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked and has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The in suite clothes washer worked very well and there is a drying rack for drying clothes (did not use the outside clothesline as if items fell off no way to retrieve them). The elevator worked well (limit of 3 persons per trip). We felt the apartment was safe from any intrusions. The apartment is next door to Marione restaurant which was very good.

Great apartment, walkable to everything

Perfect spot for all ages of our group, ranging from 17 to 83. Clean, comfortable accommodations that were right in the heart of Florence. We walked everywhere during our mid-April stay, including back and forth to Santa Maria Novella train station, right around the corner. Great communication and information from the owner/property managers. Only 2 suggestions: 1- to leave instructions for how to use the stove. I found the PDF manual online, but still struggled to figure it out. And 2 - some plug-in mosquito deterrents. It wasn't hot enough for A/C, but leaving the windows open meant tons of bug bites overnight!Didn't phase us much, and neither did the rain. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Relaxing view of the city

Our group enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after exploring Florence. The view of the red tile rooftops is beautiful and you can see the dome of the Duomo. Everything was just as stated - no complaints. Highly recommend.

Ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Apartment direkt an Santa Maria Novella, Aufzug im Haus. TV funktioniert nicht immer, aber es gibt sehr viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés ringsherum. Betreuung durch Filipo funktioniert. Markthalle, San Lorenzo, Palazzo Vecchio, alles fußläufig ca. 10-15 min.

Six night stay in Firenze with 6 adults.

Apartment is a well renovated old apartment near centre of Firenze, walking distance from train station. Apartment has well appointed modern kitchen, new appliances. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom, upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and third bedroom uses bathroom on main floor. All bathrooms have showers. Check-in was easy, we were met at apartment and given a tour and information about the area. Good communication with property manager. We are all 60+ in age and we’re able to walk to all the major historic sites, museums, restaurants and shopping. Grocery store close by. Prime location. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and view

The place was nice. We loved the American coffee maker and full size dishwasher. It was nice having a washer and lift to the fourth floor. The furniture needs a good cleaning especially the couch which is filthy. New pillows are needed as they are flat. I would definitely stay there again if the furniture is clean. Lovely place otherwise.

good for 2 people - not 2 couples

Bathrooms on first floor were marginal. We used both, but one alone would not have been adequate. Second floor bedroom had 2 separated twin beds not suitable for a couple, but good for kids. there was a good ensuite bathroom. Property manager was excelent and responsive.
