Luxurious apartment in the heart of Florence, on the first floor (no elevator) of a prestigious historic building next to Loggia Rucellai and facing the iconic Palazzo Rucellai.
Located on Via della Vigna Nuova, one of the city’s most elegant and sought-after streets.
Perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of major attractions, this refined space blends historic charm with contemporary comfort, featuring high ceilings, large windows and carefully curated décor for an elegant stay.
Inside the 80 m² apartment, you will find bright and carefully designed interiors with four large windows, exposed beams and parquet floors.
The layout offers comfort and privacy for up to 4 guests.

The bedroom features ceiling frescoes, a large California king-size bed (180 × 210 cm), an elegant single bed (90 × 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom finished in Biancone marble.

The living room includes a spacious sofa bed, a 50” smart TV and a dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, including cookware, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, tea, coffee, spices and extra virgin Tuscan olive oil.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment on a lovely street in a convenient location. The apartment came well equipped, including coffee, paper towels, tissues, plenty of towels, etc. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. Our initial welcome could not have been nicer. Definitely recommended.

Family of 5 in Florence!

This was a great property to stay at. We LOVED it and hope to stay here again! This was a 4-day stop on our 13 Euro city tour and it was delightful. We booked it unknowingly that the Tour de France started ON THE SAME STREET the day after we arrived! It was incredible to watch from the huge gorgeous windows. The property itself was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. My 3 kids had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us. Can't wait to visit again!

Phenomenal Stay in Florence City-Center

Our stay at Riccardo’s condo in downtown Florence could not have been better. Just a few blocks off the Arno and an easy walk to the Duomo and Uffizi, the location was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and cooking needs. The bathroom was equiped with ample towels and a hair dryer and there was even a plug adapter provided for us! The unit was spectacularly clean and the beautifully high ceilings and large windows that opened to the sounds of the city were just incredible. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely rebook next time we visit Florence! Thank you Riccardo and team for such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful apartment/Great location!

This lovely apartment is in a great location, close to the train station and within walking distance to most attractions. The check in process was very easy and Ricardo had lots of nice touches throughout the apartment. The neighborhood can get a little loud at night but who cares, you're in Italy!! I highly recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Would love to come back!

Spent two weeks in Italy and Switzerland; our three nights here were the best. Beautiful city, perfect location and a very nice host. Bonus: just a few hundred feet from Buca Mario which was our best meal of the trip.

Amazing Apartment

We had an amazing weekend in Florence. The apartment was very clean and modern, with unique furnishings. There was a lot of natural light with the large windows and tall ceilings. Riccardo was a perfect host with great communication before and during our stay. We stayed during our wedding weekend and Riccardo was generous enough to purchase us a really nice wedding gift. I would not hesitate to stay at his apartment again and hopefully will soon.

Perfect apartment if you're a heavy sleeper

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous - every detail has been thought of, and it is exactly as pictured in the photos. It's in a fantastic location, and we had great communication from the owner when booking, and also a great check-in with lots of helpful recommendations. Unfortunately, we stayed there on a Saturday night after a beautiful sunny day. The noise from cars and people walking (yelling and singing) along the street below all night long was loud and unbearable. If you are a heavy sleeper, this is a great apartment!
