New Apartment near Duomo with WiFi and Elevator

The apartment is new and welcoming, completely renovated with quality materials and furniture. The house is in the historic center of Florence, in front of the Medici Chapels of the Church of San Lorenzo, between Duomo and Santa Maria Novella.
The apartment is located in an ancient palace which has been completely restored, with an elevator, in Via del Giglio 15. Two minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella SMN railway station and from the airport tram stop.
The "Firenze Fiera" Congress Center and the Fortezza da Basso are less than 5 minutes away on foot, as you can see on the map. Two minutes on foot there is the Accademia Riaci, 5 minutes on foot there is the European School of Economics.
We have elevator, 130Mb free wifi, security entrance door with electronic lock, automatic air exchange system, Velux roof window with curtain and electric opening.
The apartment will be for your exclusive use. You can contact us at any time if you need.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine. You will have two tv and free 130Mb wifi.
In front of the house you will have the Medici Chapels. Below the house you will find: market (Conad), covered paid parking (Garage Giglio), the excellent restaurant and pizzeria (Ciro & Sons), wellness and fitness center (Klab Conti Spa), pharmacy, laundries, many clubs and shops.
L'appartamento è nuovo ed accogliente, completamente ristrutturato con materiali e mobili di pregio. La casa è nel centro storico di Firenze, davanti alle Cappelle Medicee della Chiesa di San Lorenzo, fra Duomo e Santa Maria Novella.
L'appartamento è situato in un antico palazzo interamente restaurato in via del Giglio 15. Abbiamo: ascensore, wifi 130Mb, porta di ingresso blindata, impianto automatico di ricambio dell'aria, lucernario Velux a tetto con tenda oscurante e apertura elettrica.
L'appartamento sarà a vostro uso esclusivo. Potrete contattarci a qualsiasi ora se avrete bisogno.
La cucina è completamente accessoriata con stoviglie, pentole, microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè. Avrete due tv e wifi 130Mb libera.
Davanti casa avrete le Cappelle Medicee. Sotto casa avrete: market (Conad), parcheggio coperto a pagamento convenzionato (Garage Giglio), l'ottimo ristorante e pizzeria (Ciro & Sons), centro benessere e fitness (Klab Conti Spa), farmacia, lavanderie, tanti locali e negozi. Great Location

We had a wonderful stay and our location couldn’t have been better. You walk out the front door and there’s several Dining options, shopping, and quick access to cabs or whatever you need. Our host Victoria answered any questions we had promptly and even helped the range a car to the airport. I won’t lie. The spiral stairs are a bit tricky and you have to be slow and steady. But overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

Florence family vacation

My wife and 15 year old daughter loved this apartment. The location was magnificent and the apartment itself was spectacular. A ton of space for us to all feel very comfortable. Veronica and team were very responsive and always available. To be honest almost did not want to leave a review :)))). We want to keep this hidden gem a secret. We will be back. Cannot wait and a little sad to be leaving.

Ideal location, comfortable and safe apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally located, walk anywhere, grocery store a minute away, two of the best Italian gluten-free restaurants I have ever experienced a few steps out the door, like right there, Veronica was helpful and communicated quickly, and the apartment is well appointed and ultra clean. Completely recommend!

Fabulous apartment

This apartment is clean, comfortable, and modern. And if you’re looking for something convenient to the best Florence has to offer look no further. Minutes away from the train station, Duomo, food and drink, and museums. Each bed has a full bath for privacy as well. And Veronica was a class A hostess, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. There is an elevator that can fit two people and luggage at a time. The apartment is open concept and spacious, so if you are sensitive to lights bring a sleep mask. The only light would be from your roomies—not the city. I would definitely stay here again. .

Close to Medici Chapel

Apartment was clean and close to many of the Florence sites. It was clean and modern with an elevator to its 3rd floor location. Veronica was great to work with and touched base with us throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location

Easy access to train station and all the Florence sites. Home was beautiful with plenty of space. Directions from host were great. Very responsive. If we come back to Florence we will stay here again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florence. The host put together a fantastic tour guide, all you have to do is walk out the front door a click each link in order and you will see everything. The tour guide was so thoughtfully put together, it made our trip seem less. Everything is within walking distance. Laundry is a minute walk around the corner and the host provides laundry detergent, but they also have machines that include it as well. This apartment was the perfect place to bring 3 generations for our stay in Florence we made a memories of a lifetime that we will never forget!

An Amazing Retreat In The Heart Of Italy

Words cannot express the experience Veronica has given us during my family’s stay in Florence. She is the sweetest, kindest, trusting host!!!! She answered any questions we had before our visit, and sent us a detailed list of amazing things to do and see in the area, including precise instructions as to how we get into the building and use all the appliances. Which, I have to mention how safe and secure we felt with the area the Vrbo is in, and between the doors and gate you have to go through to get into the Vrbo. Veronica kept in touch with us each day, asking if there was anything we needed for our stay. Her place was spotless and even had a cabinet with games and cards to play with during down time. However, the area is so beautiful that there was NEVER a down time. We were always out and about enjoying the restaurants, coffee bars, and shops that were steps away from the Vrbo. I have to mention that although there is so much going on, her place was completely quiet! It was amazing! We slept like babies. I can go on and on, but it’s best that you book a stay here and see for yourself.

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of the city

We could not have asked for a better location, just a 5 Minute walk from the train station with perfect restaurants around us! The apartment was spotless, beds were comfortable, shower was a rain shower with great hot water and pressure. Large soft Bath towels. Kitchen had everything you could need. The only somewhat negative aspect is the small spiral staircase… must be very careful climbing them to get to and from the top bedroom. Loved our stay!

Absolutely perfect spot

We took a multigenerational trip (husband and wife 40’s, son 11, and mother 80) and stayed at this amazing home. The pictures are completely accurate and the home is lovely. The host was incredibly proactive and responsive. It was an amazing experience. The location was incredible and we will try to book again when we are next in Florence.

Clean apartment; smooth process

Clean apartment. Good communication with the owner by texts, although we never talked on the phone. The owner was very solicitous, checking in with us frequently. The location was convenient, very close to the train station where we arrived and from where we left. Very close to the Duomo. Downside was that it was a very busy area. We had a pleasant stay. We were five people and were comfortable enough even though there was only one proper room. The other “room” was a loft upstairs, and there was a third bed in the living room that is a sofa bed. Obviously it would have been better if there were proper separate rooms, but I thought that the apartment was right for the price. I would recommend.

Location! Location! Location! Great host!

Across the square from San Lorenzo, minutes from the train station, Mercato Centrale, and the Duomo, with multiple restaurants and grocery shopping within a block, this property is perfect for an extended stay (we were there nearly three weeks) or for a weekend getaway. Spacious and modern, comfortable and secure. Veronica made video clips for us to show us how to access the property and was quick to respond when we had a question about the heating. There is an elevator from the lobby to the 3rd floor apartment which is an added benefit making it easy to get our luggage and purchases up and down easily. The small stairs up to the loft within the apartment can be a bit of a challenge, particularly if you are trying to carry a load up or down. Veronica even put up a Christmas tree for us to enjoy and a few nice decorations around the home to make it feel special. Overall, highly recommended; we would happily stay here again. Great host! Thank you!

The apartment was perfect, so clean and bright and spacious. My family truly didn’t want our Florence stay to end. Veronica was so kind and accommodating! Pictures did not do this apartment justice. My kids are already begging to visit Florence again!
