The Bay Window is a beautifully renovated private apartment in the heart of Historic Old Town Florence, offering one of the most walkable locations on the Oregon Coast. Restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, boutiques, and the riverfront are all just steps from your front door, making it easy to park once and enjoy Florence on foot.

The Layout
The Bay Window is a private second-floor apartment accessed by one interior staircase.
The bedroom level includes two private king suites, each with its own bathroom, along with a cozy bonus room featuring a TV, foosball table, and a twin hideaway bed for one additional guest. The bonus room is an open space and does not have a door.
A short interior staircase leads from the bedroom level to the open-concept great room, where the kitchen, dining room, living room, and private river-view deck become the heart of the home.

Prepare dinner while watching boats drift by, enjoy a family meal around the dining table, settle in with a board game, or simply relax on the deck with your favorite drink as the river changes throughout the day. From morning coffee to evening sunsets, the view is always the star.

• A reserved parking space labeled “The Bay Window” is included with your stay and is located directly in front of Sweet Magnolia Bakery. Simply enter the bakery into Google Maps for easy arrival. If a street parking space is available directly in front of the apartment, many guests find it convenient for loading and unloading.
• Located in the heart of Historic Old Town, you may occasionally hear nearby activity during busy summer evenings. Nights are generally peaceful once local businesses close.
• Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and events are not permitted.

Spend the afternoon browsing galleries and boutiques, enjoying fresh seafood on Bay Street, strolling the picturesque riverfront, exploring Heceta Head Lighthouse, wandering the Oregon Dunes, or discovering miles of beautiful beaches just minutes away. Keep an eye on the river—you may even spot the occasional harbor seal drifting by. Whether your perfect day includes adventure or simply slowing down with a cup of coffee and a river view, Florence has a way of making people want to return.
