Exclusive Loft in Florence

My Loft is located in the San Frediano area, exactly 50 metres from the majestic Porta Romana, which marks the entrance to the Florentine historical centre. It is a particularly quiet, very chic and very traditional area in the Viali area.

Thanks to the inner courtyard and the soundproofing of the house, you will not have any kind of problem with noise pollution or pollution from car exhaust. In fact, the house is not directly facing the street.

To enter the flat, you will have to climb about 20 steps to reach the main door of the loft.

The Loft is on two floors:

On the First (1°) Floor you will find the large open space living room, kitchen area, dining area, relaxation area, full master bathroom, utility room and laundry room and the first large double bedroom.
In the living room you will also have access via a beautiful designer spiral staircase, to my personal study; however, I do not recommend accessing it, as it is a private area and not easily accessible.

On the Second (2°) Floor you will find the second double bedroom, very intimate, with a beautiful skylight that illuminates the room from above and with the private in-room bathroom; sink, toilet and a beautiful bathtub in the room. Going further we find the single bedroom, with a single bed. The two upper bedrooms overlook directly the open space ensuring a feeling of extreme freedom of beauty and design of the Loft.

During the summer you will be able to turn on the five air conditioners at your disposal via the appropriate remote controls, there are one for each bedroom, two in the open-space living room and one in the study that helps to further cool the living room. A total of 5 air conditioners.

During the winter you will instead have the possibility of turning on the central heating and the glass electric fireplace, exactly under the 88-inch TV. The electric fireplace with exposed burning coals is a real piece of furniture and design that will help you create an incredible atmosphere and that will keep you warm. You can also turn on the air conditioning systems, selecting the warmest temperature to have an additional flow of hot air.

Sheets, linens, pillows, towels are washed at high temperatures, sanitized, sterilized and ironed by our specialized company. In addition, the house goes through a sealing period of one day between one stay and another.

Cutlery, dishes, pots, tablecloths and placemats, glasses, goblets, bowls and shot glasses are clean, washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures and sterilized after each Check-Out.

The fridge is cleaned and sanitized after each Check-Out.

Consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and dish soap, napkins, paper rolls, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and laundry products, are provided by us personally to give you the most beautiful of experiences. Also two bottles of water and a bottle of wine, sweets and chocolates, coffee, tea, sugar, honey and some spices are provided free of charge as a welcome sign.
