Splendido appartamento riservato e silenzioso, composto da una grande sala centrale con un

soppalco, una camera, una cucina e due bagni. Si accede inoltre ad un terrazzino, che affaccia su

una corte interna, corredato di un tavolino e di piante ornamentali.

Gli interni sono stati particolarmente curati mettendo insieme storia, design e comodità, in alto è

presente ancora l\'antico soffitto in legno dipinto del XV secolo con ciò che rimane delle

decorazioni floreali del XVIII secolo.

L\'appartamento è corredato di un letto doppio nella camera, un letto

matrimoniale nel soppalco, un comodissimo divano letto nella sala, per un totale di sei posti. Tutti

i materassi sono di ottima qualità.

I due bagni sono collocati al piano terra e al piano soppalcato, entrambi con doccia. La cucina è

dotata di moderna attrezzatura. Al piano soppalco è utilizzabile un armadio guardaroba, una

lavabiancheria ed una asciugatrice. Sono presenti Tv e connessione Wi-Fi. L\'immobile è dotato di

ascensore.

The location was great. Apartment was good for us 2 ladies with the two bedrooms. You do have to get suitcase up to loft bedroom by stairs. Appreciate Martina helping with making sure our cab secure upon departure. We enjoyed.

Very nice place, great location. Only caveat, sleeps 6 but I would not recommend more than 4. The extra 2 are on a sleeper sofa right in the middle of the apartment.

Family Vacation

Check in was 3 pm. We arrived and the room was being cleaned. We had to be at an event at 4 pm. We wanted to freshen up and change clothes. At 3:40 they were still cleaning. The main part of the apartment was as the pictures show. The bathroom on the first floor was not clean and the toilet didn’t work properly. 2nd floor bathroom had black mold by the shower you could smell it.

Great location and size but….

Definitely could have been cleaner. there was construction next door that was very loud (as in a I jumped the first time I heard something because it was so loud it startled me) and started at about 8am everyday. I completely understand that they have no control over construction, however a warning that this was going on would have been nice.

UNDERWHELMING

3 adults stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in September. The location was the only thing I can rave about (it was a few blocks from the Duomo). The apartment itself looks great in pictures, but had many flaws. The building itself smelled awful - of mold / mildew, and we had to dash up two flights of stairs to get inside the apartment, so it's not like we could hold our breath until we're inside. There was constant construction going on inside the building - right next door they were pounding and drilling concrete and brick every morning at 800am for hours!!! Besides that, the neighbor upstairs had loud music on until 2-3am every night. It sounded like they had a party going, because there are also lots of thumping footsteps besides the music. Granted, the owners of THIS apartment many not have had much control over those things, but the INSIDE of the apartment was also very disappointing. Again, the pictures on VRBO look fantastic, but in reality, extremely disappointing. The downstairs bedroom had a queen bed and NO PLACE to put anything except on the bed or the floor!! When you're traveling all over Italy, and you have to park in a nearby garage where they warn you to "take EVERYTHING" out of the car if you don't want it stolen, you have to put that stuff somewhere - so it goes on the only furniture in the whole downstairs besides the dining table - the couch and chair in the living room (the only place to sit). The downstairs bathroom had a broken toilet seat which slipped around terribly when sat upon. It also had a literal "curtain" in the shower which was TWO FEET too long, and was therefore moldy from getting wet all the time and not being able to dry out, since it is heavy cloth. Every time it got wet, it would stink of mold, and if you have allergies to such substances, like me, this was a constant annoyance. Upstairs, again - no ROOM to put anything unless you remove the stuff in the cupboards in the hallway. The air conditioning did not work, so the first night was extremely uncomfortable. Do they not CHECK these things in between renters? There were NO instructions anywhere for anything. Usually there is a binder with useful information that one needs to make oneself at home. Here, NOTHING. we had to email them for every little thing, and were at the mercy of their response time, again, through email. Not knowing how to connect to their wifi, one of us had to have our phone ON to get email. NOT impressed.

Beautiful property 2 blocks away from The Duomo

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The decor was very nice, and the apartment was very clean. The sofa bed is probably the most comfortable I’ve seen. If you are looking to stay in the heart of Florence, I recommend this property.

Perfect location

This is a great location! The property is very clean and updated. It wouldn’t be great if you planning on spending more time in the unit other than sleeping as it is quite small with very little natural light. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is that they need to provide more towels. We only had one kitchen towel and one bath towel per person.

Our stay at Servi Suite

Our stay at Servi Suite was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station in a nice clean neighborhood and close to the market. We were warmly greeted by Silvia when we arrived and shown the functionality of the apartment. The apartment itself was exacly as the picture is shown; very clean, updated and modern.
