  • Very large apartment for large groups, (kitchen with table for up to 8-10 people). Ideal for 3 couples, even with children.
    Large panoramic terrace overlooking the river, a double air conditioning system, concierge service, garage, Wi.Fi hight speed, and much more....
    We are in one of the most elegant areas of Florence, one of the favorites of the Florentines. The main monuments can also be reached on foot, following the park along the river, with open-air bars and restaurants (we are 500 meters from the beginning of the historic center).
    All the shops are 50 meters away: supermarket (also open on Sundays), bakery, pharmacy, fashion shops, ....They are not tourist shops!!
    Excellent restaurants near the apartment (good prices and excellent quality).
    The ideal choice for long stays for those who want to live in Florence like the Florentines, far from the tourist chaos.
    Market leader for quality / price because the owner takes care of the apartment directly (there are no agency costs). Your check in will be done directly by the owner.

Our stay was amazing, the property was just as expected. The owner was very gracious to us when my husbands passport was stolen the night before we were to leave. He gave us much needed information regarding thr process to replace travel docs. It also extended our stay fir a few days so we could get everything taken care of.Amazing trip, fabulous host, we would definitely stay here again next time we travel to Italy!

Great Stay

Loved this location. It was just outside the whole touristy vibe. Everything was very walkable and the bus was right next door. The touristy areas were so so busy that is was nice to come home to this apartment. Good area restaurants too. Highly recommend.

The view is nice though through no fault of the owner the trees have started blocking the view of the river since our last visit. There is a great cappuccino, sweets and sandwiches place just a block behind the building and grocery stores very close.

Fabulous Firenze

This location was most spacious and comfortable right off the Arno River and just down the street from excellent outdoor restaurants. We loved sitting out on the balcony for an early morning coffee or an evening beverage of choice. You're also a short drive away from downtown Florence historic sites, and a quick getaway to Tuscany.

Lovely Florentine Apartment

Terrace was a nice outdoor space , albeit overlooking a fairly busy city major artery. City bus stop was right below, so convenient. Spacious inside with tall ceilings, comfy beds. Good a/c, quiet inside despite commute outside. Trees blocked our view of river. Easy walk to grocery shopping and a few restaurants. Loved the art on walls, and many books of florentine art.

Beautiful, spacious apartmebt

We loved our stay here (family of 6 adults). Owner Piero was very helpful with restaurant recommendations (Osteria del Nacchero was close and amazing) and transportation guides. Apartment was clean. Washing machine was a plus and very easy to hang clothes to dry off the bedroom balcony. Main balcony was nice to hang out. Apartment is farther from main attractions but not unmanageable. Plus it is near restaurants where you’ll find more locals than tourists. Air conditioning was also very nice!

Wonderful

Really spacious apartment with great air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living areas - very welcome during the week that we stayed! Very easy communication with Piero, who met us when we arrived. We tried four of his restaurant recommendations, all of which were excellent. It is a fair walk to the tourist area of Florence. We hired electric scooters a few times, so we only had to walk one way. (Download the Bird app) Great fun!

Excellent Property

Manager meant us on the night of arrival. He was very organized and followed by plane our direct arrival. Property was exactly as in pictures. I have been to Firenze over 45+ times, and this is an excellent property. Concierge downstairs. Bus stop at the corner. Restaurants a short walking distance. Center of city a lively 20+ minute walk by the Lungarno. Quiet apartment. Two bedrooms in back ha e a lovely balcony. Smaller bedroom has a private shower. Highly recommend. corner.

Great home away from home

Really enjoyed the apartment. We had hot weather so the Aircon was definite plus for a couple of us who needed to recuperate from the heat. Kitchen had everything you need and grocery shopping is nearby. parking was also a bonus, but tricky if you rented a pretty large vehicle like we did. Restaurants nearby. It is walking distance to the historic district but we took cabs easily thru taxi app to and from landmarks because we had two people in our group who use cane. The apartment has a lift, but not from carpark. Owner was very diligent with communication. He meets you in person and you pay the local occupancy tax ..which probably should be mentioned on the website. Highly recommend the apartment....just remember the extra payment when you get there.

Large, very clean and excellently furnished

This was a fantastic apartment with great attention to every detail. It was nice to have Piero great us on arrival and answer all of our questions. The apartment was beautiful, very roomy, and situated in an excellent location. Piero put up a Christmas tree and decorations and it was lovely. If you are used to hotter weather you will enjoy the excellent heating. The kitchen was great and had everything you need. We even had wifi and Netflix for down time. Great location near the river and very close to the centre and lots of attractions.

Perfect for families and large groups

The apartment was as described and a great space for a couple and 4 single ladies to spend a week. Good location and we found the buses easy to use, although we have always preferred to walk on foot walking along the park on the river (there are many outdoor bars and in the shade of large trees). Piero and Cinzia were great hosts, responding quickly to any requests and giving us lots of useful information. We would recommend this place for any groups as there is space for everyone without tripping over each other.

Large and comfortable apartment - perfect !!

The apartment is ideal for a large group like ours that needs 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is much nicer and bigger than it looks in the photos. We also used the garage (we have two cars). The apartment is ideal for those who want to have an outdoor area to stay (covered terrace on the river is very beautiful and it was possible to eat outside because the terrace is facing south). The monuments are within walking distance and in the area there are many shops of all types with affordable prices. We were happy with our choice with this apartment. We saved a lot compared to similar solutions in Florence.

Very confortable

Cinzia''s house was very comfortable and our family had a pleasant stay. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. All the appliances you need are prepared. The house is situated right in front of the Arno river where you can stroll down for a nice walk to the city center. Many buses are available nearby. I would recommend you to stay here for a good vacation in Florence.

Excellent choice

Everything exactly as advertised. Thoroughly clean, well equipped, spacious. The terrace is cosy, offers amazing views and attracts outdoors even in December. Nice neighbourhood with everything nearby. It's a walk to the city centre but public transport is always available. The host was kind, welcoming and discrete. We didn't face any problems with our stay but I'm sure that he would help immediately if something had come up. We enjoyed this quiet and cosy apartment very much, I believe it's one of the best choices to feel at home in Florence.

Great apartment in central location

Very large, comfortable and clean apartment, great for families traveling together but needing seperate quarters. Easy walk (about half 15 minutes) to almost all monuments and museums. The hosts provide tons of information about the neighborhood, Florence and the region, and promptly replyed to all inquiries and concerns both before and during our stay. Beautiful large covered terrace overlooking the river, equipped with dining table, sofas and armchairs. Much also confortable the large rear terrace. Very useful the private garage and concierge service.

Vacanze meravigliose a Firenze

Abbiamo passato tre mesi a Firenze nel appartamento del signore Vannetti e della signora Cinzia. È stato un periodo meraviglioso. L'appartamento è grande, ben arredato, con le guarnizione necessaria, in una località privilegiata, sul fiume Arno. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, erano sempre a disposizione per tutto che abbiamo richiesto. Marcello (il portiere), era molto cortese e ci assisteva con prontezza. Siamo sicuri che abbiamo fatto la scelta perfetta! Grazie mille, Signore Vannetti e Signora Cinzia.

I cannot write in Italian but the apartment was cosy and suited well for a family of six. The location is not so near, it did take nearly 30 minutes to walk. But the walk was nice, but a bit too much for children and the elderly. I can recommend still.

Posizione strategica e vicino al fiume.

Appartamento grandissimo (tre bagni, tre camere.....) ed arredato di tutto il necessario piu' aria climatizzata. Molto bello il terrazzo vista Arno dove abbiamo potuto cenare fuori ogni sera. Vi si accede dalla cucina tramite una grande porta finestra scorrevole (ci si deve solo un po' abituare al rumore della strada). Il posto auto e' nel garage della palazzina. Le camere da letto sono sul retro per cui nessun rumore disturba il sonno. E' sito non molto distante da ponte Vecchio (direi 500/700 metri). Ne consegue che abbiamo sempre visitato la citta' partendo a piedi dall' appartamento. Il proprietario, molto cordiale, ci ha dato diverse info sulla zona.

Excellent in all respects

Everything in the apartment was as good or better than advertised. The furniture was first class, ...not Ikea style...including the kitchen, the living room and the beds. The owner was helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions promptly and fully.We had 7 family members in our party, all adults, from Canada, USA, England and Mexico and all of us were delighted with the apt. and its facilities during our 2 week stay. Shopping for groceries and everything else was only a few blocks away. The Internet connection was easy and reliable. The dishwasher and laundry machine always worked and were very useful. We enjoyed gathering on the terrace, which was well furnished, despite the traffic noise from the street below, which was absolutely no problem inside the apt. or on the balcony in back. Renting 2 cars , the garage space was useful and street parking was not a problem, We would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence and making day trips to other sites in Tuscany.

Un piacevole fine settimana

Ciao ho soggiornato con mio marito , mio nipote , mio fratello e una cara amica nell'abitazione di Cinzia e Piero. Abbiamo trovato l'immobile molto pulito e l'uso del garage è stato fondamentale. Abbiamo raggiunto il centro storico di Firenze a piedi ; a chi piace passeggiare deve sapere che si impiegano all'incirca trenta minuti per raggiungere piazza della Signoria. Nei pressi della casa ci sono ristoranti e un supermarket. . Il servizio fornito dal proprietario è stato ottimo, , curato nei particolari . Molto bella la terrazza dove poter mangiare quando il tempo lo consente. Questo immobile lo consiglio vivamente . Tiziana
