The apartment is located in a semi-detached house with its own access and porches on two sides: you will feel like in your own little villa. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with a bathroom and downstairs another double bedroom with bathroom. The backside porch is a proper outdoor area equipped with armchairs and a table. When needed the sofa in the living room can become a double bed.
The apartment is part of a condominium which develops in the inside of the block, away from the street, made of houses renovated just few years ago and placed in a pleasant context with a nice and quiet common garden. Green areas, quietness and safety add to the overall value of the property. You will be surprised entering the premises by its tranquillity, especially being in the earth of the historical center. The apartment's entrance is by a front porch equipped with table and chairs. The outdoor area in the back, which is accessed from the bedroom on the lower floor, is also very pleasant and as well is equipped with armchairs and a small table.

The apartment is located in the area of the historical center called San Lorenzo, known above all for its large market that every day brings dozens of sellers to display their goods on stalls that are then taken off when night comes. From here you will be at walking distance from all the major attractions of the city. The Santa Maria Novella train station (the main train station of the city) is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is located outside the ZTL (the limited traffic zone where cars are not allowed without a permit). In fact the apartment sits right before the ZTL entrance. Anyway in the historical center parking is never easy so you will need to spend some time looking for a free spot where to park. Otherwise in the area there are many paid garages where to leave your car during your stay. In any case, for more informations you can contact us about parking and we will gladly advise you on the best solution for your needs.
Inside the apartment, there is everything you will need to enjoy your time in the best possible way. In the living room, there is a smart TV with Netflix in English (or your preferred language) and of course Wi-Fi internet access. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. There is also a laundry area shared with other apartments.
In addition to sheets and towels, our guests will be provided with a bathroom set complete with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
On request, it is possible to have a high chair and a baby cradle.
