Riverside Retreat

Thanks to its strategic location, this space offers easy access to all local attractions.
Located in a historic building, on the other side of the Arno, a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio, we are on the second floor, without a lift (there are 36 steps to climb).
The house has just been renovated, maintaining the Florentine charm, such as the terracotta and exposed beams, together with the antique furniture.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The house has a bedroom, with a double bed, a living room overlooking Via Borgo San Jacopo, with a relax area (fibre internet, smart TV) and a dining table.
From the living room, the wood spiral staircase takes us to the mezzanine, where we find 2 single beds.
The kitchenette is very compact, but has everything you need to enjoy your stay: induction hob (along with pots and pans), Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, cutlery, glasses for water and wine, cups and coffee cups.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink, as well as the cabinet where we find the hairdryer, and the first aid kit (keep in mind that the bathroom door is 170 cm high by 50 cm wide - small) .
Adjacent to the double bedroom, we have a small room where there is a washing machine.
In the home, air conditioning is used for heating in the winter, and for cold air in the summer.
