Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Florence, within the walls of a historic Renaissance palace. You'll find yourself in a desirable location, steps away from some of Florence's most breathtaking attractions, including the stunning Piazza Pitti with its magnificent Giardino di Boboli, the iconic Ponte Vecchio, and a mere two-minute stroll from the renowned "temple of beauty," the Galleria degli Uffizi.

This elegant studio offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for your stay. You'll discover an open space with a beautifully appointed double bedroom, a serene, relaxing haven. The spacious living room features a double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or simply unwinding after a day of exploration.

The apartment boasts a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, WC, and bidet, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay. Also, there is a kitchenette with a microwave.

Located on the third floor of this beautiful palace, an elevator is at your service to whisk you to your doorstep. Please note that there are four steps to reach the elevator, which is a minor consideration for convenience.

Via Maggio also anchors the vibrant Oltrarno area, celebrated for its artisanal craftsmanship and hipster allure. Wandering its narrow streets and quaint sidewalks, you'll experience why Lonely Planet has dubbed Oltrarno one of the world's coolest neighbourhoods.

If you're arriving by car, please know that Florence city centre could be more car-friendly. The nearest parking option is Garage Fosi at Borgo Tegolaio 72/red, with daily rates ranging from 20€ to 40€, depending on your vehicle. It's open Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 1 AM and Sunday from 8 AM to 1 PM / 3 PM to 1 AM.

Alternatively, you can leave your car outside the city centre in the public park spaces marked by BLUE LINES, about a 10-minute walk from our palace. We recommend reserving a space for this option, as they fill up quickly.

Please be mindful of the Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL) regulations, which are in effect Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, and Thursdays to Saturdays from 8 PM to 3 AM. During these times, access to streets within the ZTL, including ours, is restricted unless you park in a private garage (such as Garage Fosi for 5.5€), even if it's just for an hour. Ask the garage personnel to retrieve your car's plate number from the local police data centre, as they have the necessary software.
