“We really enjoyed the quiet village and the house's amazing views of the volcano and lake! We saw beautiful birds everywhere. Loved the swings and the 3rd floor lookout! So peaceful. The only drawbacks were, one night the neighborhood dogs barked for an hour and we had a little trouble finding the house but Erika went out of her way to talk us through it and had her daughter meet us! Also, the first and second floor are only connected by outdoor steps. It was great for us because our teens...

“Its great property for family vacation. 3 big rooms and big kitchen with a view of the arenal volcano. The property is gated and enclosed and felt very safe. The host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend”

“Property was calm, quiet and peaceful. It had ac which made it comfortable to be during warm humid climate. The property was only minutes away from center of La fortuna where shops and restaurants were located. We had minor inconvenience with the bathroom, but host was quick to address. We had a great time at the location! ”

“It was amazing. So first of all there is a remote gate to get to the house which makes you feel like you are visiting royalty. The white outside is like a bungalow in the middle of wilderness. It is super modern and renovated. The outdoor space is also so beautiful with its large front porch and smaller back yard porches. There is lush plants and coconut and banana trees in the back and all sorts of greenery. The bathrooms are super modern. There are plenty of towels, bags and condiments etc....

“What an incredible home with Beautiful decor, incredible comfort and stunning views. Oscar is absolutely fantastic, always responsive and truly outstanding and extremely accommodating. This villa has everything! And the beds are super comfortable. The views are incredible and the home is close to town but you do need a car. We loved our stay here and would totally come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! ”

“We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Casa Mia Suite and there is no better location to enjoy the wonders of the cloud forest while resting, relaxing, hiking the trails around the property, and making wonderful memories!!! We drove through a crazy thunderstorm to reach Monteverde and were welcomed by the gorgeous oasis surrounding Casa Mia. If you enjoy being lulled to sleep by rain in a supremely comfortable bed and waking each morning to the beauty of the cloud forest outside the floor to ceiling...

“Modern facilities with really nice stone counters, security gates, privacy and hot tub. Each room had its own view. One sofa was broken, ants appeared after the first day and washer was broken. We were next to a cow field which was actually nice. The area was off the main road and quiet, in between the La Fortuna downtown and the volcano.”
