“Sehr schöne Dschungel Lodge. Kein AC aber Ventilator ausreichend. Bequeme Betten. Tolle warme Thermen. Bad und Dusche etwas beengt. Frühstück gut, aber leider nur 1 Kaffee inklusive. Abendessen sehr lecker. Servicepersonal aufmerksam und schnell. Wer mitten im Dschungel ein paar Tage verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Da die Hütten nicht hermetisch dicht sind, können auch mal Käfer hereinschauen.”

“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

“The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...

“We booked all 3 pods for a 1 night stay on the way back to the airport after touring Costa Rica and all were excellent, privately located with an outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower, balcony and jacuzzi. Although quite remote, they do offer a takeaway delivery service from a local restaurant, and the town is approx 15 minutes away. Important to note that the transparent pod is down a steep windy narrow path with lots of uneven steps, which is quite difficult to walk up and down and a real challenge...

“The rooms were clean, staff is very friendly and aims to please. The lodge offers a simple nice breakfast. Dinner is also available if you confirm - we chose to eat off property. The road to arrive is extremely rough - potholes, less than two lanes at times - but worth it once you arrive. There was no TV in our room, I suggest making certain you have games or other entertainment. I also suggest planning to arrive back at the lodge early evening, before it gets too dark, but only due to the...
