“Our best stay in Flores. From the tranquility of the resort to the very tastefully decorated bungalows and the large open air bathroom with plants and other shell and wood work. A wonderful open air restaurant serving up fresh, organic fare and the excellent service by staff. An excellent wellness area, kayaka and paddle boards on offer. The resort is absolutely clean though the grey sand beach might not be the best. However, to just chill in the balcony on bean bags facing the ocean is bliss....

The staff was very hospitable and even took the time to call our tour company when they didnt show up on time. “Very good overall expereince. The location of Flamingo Bajo is very quite, just a few Km north of Labuan Bajo but easy to reach. Very friendly staff, professional and always available to support, especially Carlos, that helped me to make make the reservation with the extra bed. The hotel is new and well kept. ”

"The level of facilities and service is insufficient. The rooms are old, bad smelling of sewage in the toilet, they “ran out” of beach towels at 17:00, they “ran out” of room keys so they couldn’t make a spare one, the bar does not make cocktails, breakfast was bad (stale food at 7:00 when it opens). Avoid, if possible.
On the positive side, location. Sunset on the bay is always magical. "
