Cottage a Florida Keys

“La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!”

“Great location. Nothing fancy, but a good value. Dock and waterfront access. The pool was lovely, but not heated. Very quiet other than road noise. This unit #6 was the only one without a screened in porch. That would have been a nice addition. Overall a good value. ”

“A great place and experience overall. It might be operator error, but I had trouble finding the codes and instructions for check in - eventually finding them in an old text on the Vrbo site. The property manager said the WiFi password was on the refrigerator and the coffee table - but it wasn’t. We were unable to figure out the tv. I also prefer to have explicit instructions for check out. “Neat and tidy” doesn’t tell me what to do with linens.”

“Although not on the beach you are a ten min bike ride from most. All restaurants Duval has to offer. The house is cute, clean and the back yard is awesome. We will stay again nextime!”

“The bedrooms and bathrooms were a little small but everything else was fantastic. We loved the outdoor spaces.”

“The jolly rooster was a fantastic VRBO! The location couldn’t be better, it was right off of Duval so it was convenient to all the action yet quiet. Well stocked, and super friendly and easy to get a hold of host! Only note is that parking is difficult to find, and one of the bedrooms is a walk-through. But hands-down will go back here anytime! Thanks for a great stay ”
