“Not impressed. Staff was not very communicative, and we had horrible issues with parking. When we arrived we were texted that starting the next day we would have to move our vehicle from a parking spot on the premises to 'somewhere else' for the remainder of our stay due to a special event. We had no advanced notice that this would be happening. Unfortunately we ended up having to find a pay lot that allowed overnight parking which was not easy in Key West during Songwriter's Fest! “The hotel for us was in the perfect location prior to going on a cruise. It is very close to South Beach, Lincoln Road and all there is to do and see in the area. Communication with Staff through messaging was excellent and the room was also very nice. Would definitely recommend as the location is fantastic”
